You woke up in your room. It was light out, meaning it was morning. "What the hell happened last night?" You question yourself as you get up. When you did a small not fell out of your pocket, you picked it up and opened it, 50 days, that's all it said, that's when you remember what happened last night, how the man pulled you into the alleyway and threatened you to not get any closer to your roommate then you fell unconscious. "But if that happened, then how the hell am I here?! Wait, that must have been a dream, wait no it can't have been a dream. How would I have the note in my pocket, I remember he put it in there. You know what I need to do, I gotta call the police because if I passed out in his arms then how would I be here, so that means he knows where I live and was probably the person in my room a few nights ago, shit this is really serious" you went to grab your phone but you couldn't find it, so you went out of your room to check if you left it there. When you opened the door, a horrible smell erupted. You looked around for the source to only land your eyes on your roommate, he was disemboweled. It was a gruesome scene that you wished to unsee. You screamed loudly and started to cry. This was traumatizing it was disgusting it was something that you should have never seen. As you ran out of your dorm and screamed for someone to call the police all you could think about was what you saw. He looked so lifeless, his eyes were a sad gray, and it looked like he was crying before he died
You were in an interrogation room with the two other police officers. You were still stunned and scared it was something that you wished would never happen, and the sad thing is, you were starting to like him a little. He was tall and pretty cute, he was also very kind, which is a hard thing to find in teenage boys. He had brunette fluffy hair and blue eyes that looked beautiful and so full of life, but now they were a dull Grey when you saw him... dead
The officers kept asking you silly questions like, where were you or did you hear anything, obviously if you did, then you would have check earlier. You answered truthfully and tried to sound innocent because right now, you were the main suspect, but can you blame them? Hell yeah! Why would you ever do this to him? Everyone knew he was a kind, sweet, caring boy. He may have looked a little intimidating, but once you got to know him, you would realize just how kind he is. These thoughts made you tear up a little. You may have only known him for a little while, but he was still your roommate and your friend
The police didn't find evidence that would make you suspicious, so they let you go for a while but suggested you go somewhere else like back home, but hell no, you weren't going back there it was horrible and honestly you felt safer in that dorm then that house. You were forced to stay at a motel for a bit while they investigated the case, so you got out all your savings from the bank and booked the closest motel to the school. The only good thing that came from this was the school letting you have a month off, generous am I right? But mainly because you were starting therapy supported by the police to help you get over what you saw because now you were so much more paranoid and jumpy, plus the feeling of you being watched was much worse then before. It felt like everywhere you went, something was watching from the shadows at night in the day when you were showering it made you want to curl up in a ball in someone's arms and disappear with them away from reality. You felt so lonely without him and it made you quite sad. Actually, it made you very sad you didn't want to go out or eat or anything for the whole day. You knew this wasn't healthy but you didn't have an appetite all you felt was sickness sadness and confusion who would be so cruel to even want to hurt him? Then it came across your mind. Him. Did he have something to do with this? The man that pulled you in the alleyway that night threatened you then knocked you unconscious. It's a possibility, but you didn't even know what he looked like. You hardly remember much that night, it's pretty much just a blur, but you knew that things weren't going to get better anytime soon. You had a bad feeling mixed with the paranoia. Maybe you were going crazy who knows maybe everyone is.
