Jungkook pulled away after a long deep passionate kiss. Well it did drive them crazy and breathless for a while.
"Please Jungkook, don't leave me hanging like that." Taehyung whispered as he cupped the doctors face again.
"I'm sorry Tae, everything just reminds me of her." Jungkook pushed the hands from his face and took a step back. Taehyung was definitely annoyed especially for someone who is still a virgin. "Okay then, I'm gonna take the couch tonight, I cannot sleep on the same bed with you after this." Taehyung's face definitely showed disappointment. He grabbed his pillow and blanket to head down.

"Wait, please. Can I listen to your heartbeat while I sleep." Jungkook's voice's sounded desperately begging. How can one say no to that pouty face? Even though Taehyung was finding difficulties to calm him down from disappointment, he just nodded to his doctor's request.
As they lay on bed, Jungkook placed his ear on Taehyung's chest, half cuddling. "I'm always amazed by this heartbeat. It's somehow unique." Taehyung hesitated to make any response, as he closed his eyes, a tear left the corner.

Next morning Jungkook woke up yawning and stretching as if it's been a while since he had a great sleep. The doctor realised he was alone on bed. He moved his hand back and forth to feel the warmth. He headed downstairs and saw Ji Yan having breakfast alone. He wandered his eyes here and there but still couldn't find the person he wished to see. "Ji Yan, where's Taetae?" "Taetae went for a walk just now. Did daddy scold Taetae ?" The little girl felt the tension between them. "Why do you ask that?" The doctor thought his patient complained about him to his daughter. "He didn't make any cute breakfast for me today and he didn't talk or smile like he usually does."
Jungkook went out in search of his patient. He felt very sorry for disappointing him yesterday. He ran around like a fool looking everywhere. 'Did something happen to him?' I didn't get any alerts so far. Where are you Kim Taehyung ?' Jungkook cursed himself for letting this happen. Just then, he saw someone on the edge of the river. "Taaaeee." The doctor screamed at the top of his voice and ran towards him. The call alarmed the patient as he saw Jungkook running with tears in his eyes.
