"What happened to him? Did he stop because of his love? Am I not beautiful enough? Is his lover better than me?" Jungkook's voice trembled, his heart aching with confusion and hurt.
Tears filled his eyes as he grappled with the whirlwind of emotions swirling inside him. He felt crushed, doubting himself and the connection he thought they shared. His mind was filled with questions-questions that had no answers, only pain.
With every tear that fell, Jungkook's heart grew heavier. The sting of rejection pierced deep into his soul, leaving him feeling small, unwanted, and lost.
After some time, Jungkook silently left the kitchen. His steps felt heavy, weighed down by unspoken emotions and unanswered questions. As he retreated to the solitude of his room, he searched for some peace, though his heart felt anything but calm.

::Meanwhile, with Taehyung
"What I did... it was the right thing, wasn't it?" Taehyung whispered to himself, staring out the window at the moonlit night. His thoughts were full of Jungkook, and his chest felt tight.
"But... did I hurt him?" he murmured, his voice soft with regret. "I know I have feelings for him. I know he might feel something for me too, but... what if it's just attraction? He's still so young. He has so much of life ahead of him, so much to experience. I don't want to tie him down to someone like me-a man who's already 35."
He sighed, rubbing his temple. "I should talk to him. Make him understand. He's still a kid at heart... my little one. I'll talk to him in the morning," he decided, though the weight in his chest didn't lift.
Taehyung's heart was broken too. He had reasons for stepping back, though those reasons brought him no peace. He believed they weren't meant to be together, that their age difference and the scrutiny of society would make their lives impossible.
Despite his love for Jungkook, Taehyung was determined to protect him, even if it meant sacrificing his own happiness.
"Should I let him go?" Taehyung asked himself, the silence of the night offering no answer.
