Sakura was more than excited when Ino surprised her at work, coming earlier than she expected. The girls squealed and screamed and grinned until they couldn't. The blonde dragged Sakura to her house and they filled in each other with everything they missed. Hinata, who was only female in the city from Konoha 12 joined them and together they probably gossiped whole world.

"Honestly, Ino-pig, you didn't change." Sakura chuckled. "You're still a gossip queen"

"True, but you two love gossiping with me." Yamanaka winked and jumped out of bed. "Oh, I still can't believe it, I'm getting married!"

"Trust me, I'm shocked too." The pinkette chuckled. "Sai must have good nerves."

Ino threw a pillow at her best friend, causing the latter to fight back. Soon the three females were engulfed in a pillow fight.

"Ah, it's been long since I had pillow fights." Ino sighed dreamily. "I missed my girlfriends."

"We missed you too, Ino." Hinata said and wrapped her arms around Ino and Sakura."But I think our fun will only be doubled when Tenten and Temari come."

"Man, I've missed them too."

"Me as well." Sakura agreed. "However, we can make up for the lost time at Ino's bachelorette party!"

"Aww, you guys have planned a bachelorette party for me?" The blonde smiled adoringly at her friends.

"Of course," Hinata smiled. "But before that we really have to get on with the wedding planning."

Ino waved her hand off. "Oh, it will be marvelous, for sure. After all, I've hired you as my wedding planner."

The bluenette blushed from the compliment but before she could say anything they got a call from Naruto and Sai who were in a beer bar.

"I hope you're not up to any funny buisness." Ino said in a warning tone, as she raised her eyebrow.

"Us? Funny buisness? Naah." Naruto waved his hand off.

"We'll be home soon," Sai chimed in. "Want us to bring anything?"

Hinata and Ino shook their heads and turned to Sakura who also shook her head. Soon the boys hung up and the girls went back to planning the wedding.

"And the flowers?" The blunette questioned, tapping on the notebook with her pen and waiting for the future bride's answer.

"Ranunculuses, obviously, as it's a spring wedding and has spring vibes." Ino went into a florist mode and Sakura had to smile at her best friend's professionalism. "Gardenias too because they symbolise elegance, grace and beauty and it just screams me." She chuckled. "And purple alstroemeria. I have few more and I'll send them to you later."

Hinata wrote it all down. "Honestly, Ino, you're the best client I've had so far."

The blonde giggled. "It's because I had my dream wedding planned since I was eight. I have one for forehead too, so when her time comes, we can use a bit of those."

Sakura glanced at her in shock. "You have my wedding planned as well?!"

"Oh, don't act so surprised. I've known you for years and I've just made a little scrap book about what you liked in the past and then created your dream wedding from it. Just so you know, I've included lots of flowers!" Ino replied matter-of-factly.

"First of all, I'm not getting married. I don't even have someone I like! And second of all, what flowers?" The pinkette protested.

Ino smirked. "You just wait, forehead. Your time will come too. And I'll give you a sneak peek and tell you three flowers. I promise the meanings of those flowers are gonna come true for you soon."

Sakura glanced at Hinata who was quietly watching the duo's interaction. "When did I sign for fortune-telling? As far as I know, the pig over here is not Neji."

Hinata chuckled. "She recieved a training from Neji, I'm sure."

"Laugh all you want but soon you'll see that I'm right." Ino glared at them. "Peonies, gladioluses and cosmoses."

"Huh?" The pinkette mumbled.

"Peonies mean love, happiness and romance. Gladioluses mean strength of character, faithfulness, moral integrity, and remembrance. Cosmoses mean order, harmony and balance." Ino explained. "The meanings of these flowers will help you through these times and you'll see just how happy you'll be in the end. I promise, these flowers are special."

Sakura and Hinata watched the blonde dumbfounded. Ino looked all serious and that was probably the reason why Sakura burst into laughter. "Ino-pig, I'm perfectly fine now, I'm single and having fun with my best friends. I'm also working with Tsunade and working on my next album, flowers don't have anything to do with it."

Ino rolled her eyes, then went back to seriousness. "Not yet, Sakura. But fine, be delusional if you want to."

"Delusion is my middle name." Sakura winked. "Now back to the wedding. I have an amazing idea for the music and I'll need Hinata's help."

The time flew fast and after boys came they called it a night and Naruto, Hinata and Sakura left the Yamanaka mansion. The couple dropped Sakura at the gates of her house and wished her goodnight. After bidding them goodbye, Sakura went inside and once again found hereself staring at the blank pages of her pink notebook.

Peonies, gladioluses and comoses. Sakura wrote down those names and a bit of inspiration filled her mind with some words. It wasn't a complete song but at least she had something. But after re-reading for tenth time, Sakura tore out the page and threw it in the trash. It wasn't worth it.

She fell on her bed and sighed. "Just when am I gonna start writing again?" She felt Yue jump on the bed next to her and smiled. "At least I have you." She kissed the top of the cat's head and chuckled when Yue tried to get out of her grasp. "Silly cat." She muttered when the cat jumped down and left her room without looking back.

Sakura tried to keep herself entertained but she could only do so till midnight. When she gazed outside her window and saw a starry night with moon crowning it perfectly, she couldn't help but wander about what Ino said.

Flowers had meanings, but they so rarely came true. Last thing Sakura needed now was 'Love' and 'Romance, though she wouldn't say no to some faith.

Because she seemed to lose it when she came back in Konoha and realized it wasn't healing her broken bones.

"I miss the old times." She mumbled. "It was so easy then."

Perhaps she missed someone else too.
