Sakura sipped warm coffee in her favourite café at the mall. This was the café she and her friends discovered years ago and spent most of their time here. Sakura had so many memories attached to this place, including when she told her friends about her first concert in Konoha. That was a fun time.

She waited and waited for the inspiration to come but she only managed to scrumble few words. Just why was it so hard for her to write? Was there something she was lacking?

"Do you want anything else?" The waitress asked her once she brought the croissant. Sakura smiled politely and shook her head. She took a bite of the croissant while thinking about the old times. There was just something special about her junior and senior years. In junior year, she came back in Konoha, reconciled with her old friends, even found new ones, dated a guy who was also her first love, had few concerts and even ended up in hospital because of bullies. Then her ex came back to apologize and thanks to the bullies it messed up her relationship with her boyfriend. Then all turned out to be well and she had the best prom, even became the Prom Queen. Junior year was truly messy, but also one of the best.

Senior year was aftermath of its last year. Sakura was the happiest then but that happiness began to disappear when her boyfriend had to leave for buisness school. Colleges came between her and her friends and Sakura watched as her castles crumbled.

Summer before college was horrible. She was going through the web of feelings and emotions Sasuke left behind when he left. Naruto, Ino and rest of her friends did their best to cheer her up but it wasn't working. She was so heartbroken and she still rememberes it all too well.

Sakura ended up going in a college abroad with Ino and Sai. It wasn't easy, but somehow she managed to heal herself and college turned out to be really good. She studied to become a doctor while also taking music classes. She wasn't giving up her dream to be a doctor and her purpose in music and being a pop-star. It was hard to be both but gradually, she balanced her life.

She wrote her best albums then, went on tours, started a permanent job in New York as a doctor and recorded new songs. Her MV's were hit all the time and Sakura was really happy. Yet, deep in her heart, she knew she lacked something. Or someone.

Then Naruto and Hinata announced they were getting married. Sakura came back home in panic. She didn't want to see Sasuke but there was no way she would miss her best friends wedding. So she mustered courage and went to the wedding. She reunited with her friends, drank as much as she could and had the best time while successful avoiding Sasuke. She only saw him once, when he stood next to Naruto at the altar as his best man. The pinkette quickly averted her gaze to save herself from the pain. However, when she went to refill her drink, she found Sasuke standing there. She caught his eye and he caught hers, they stared at each other for a minute, then he broke off the gaze and left without a word. And Sakura was too shocked to even do something.

Not too long after that, Sakura bid her friends goodbye and left early. She was starting a tour next day and she cried the whole flight.

She thought Sasuke had no effect on her but it turned out she was wrong.

A sigh escaped Sakura's lips as she faught back the memories. Things have changed now, even if she sees Sasuke at Ino's wedding, she won't weep or cow. She won't let him ruin her best friend's wedding for her.

Plus, she really didn't care about him anymore. Not after everything. Only thing the pinkette now wants it to get in touch with her music and go back to her old life.

Until then, Sakura would enjoy her stay in Konoha and reunite with her friends.

The pink haired girl convinced her bodyguards to let her walk alone in the park. Well, technical she wants alone as he followed her lead not too far from her but still it was better. Sakura hated being surrouned by bodyguards but all the journalist and photographs never gave her a chance to breathe. It's nearly a month in Konoha and the photographers have not missed a chance to snap a quick photos of her. She was always in the tabloids and in all honesty, she was getting tired.
