-2 weeks later-
It was the day of Olivia's first appointment, and she and Josh were hella nervous. She was so nervous that she woke up early to look nice. She also squeezed her tiny bump into her double-zero jeans. Josh came downstairs at 7:00 from not feeling her next to him.
"Liv? Why are you up so early?" he said slightly annoyed.
"Geeze and good morning to you." he rolled his eyes at her. "I'm just nervous. That's all. I want to look good."
"You always look good."
"Your just saying that."
"I'm not-"
"ANYWAYS..." She interupted, not wanting to have this conversaion with him this early. "I just thought I would get a head start on today. You?"
"You were gone and your a late sleeper so I came to find you." She smiled at him as she walked over to him. She ran her hand through his knotted curls.
"I'm right here, Bubs." They heard fast tiny footsteps running down the stairs and they turned to see Wren.
"Hi mommy! Hi daddy!"
"Hey Wren! How's my baby?" Olivia asked her picking her up and tickling her, making her giggle.
"Im goooooood."
"Hey! What about me?" Josh asked Wren, making her reach out and grab his face to kiss. The family ate and Olivia's parents came over to watch Wren while they went to the doctors. Olivia sat with her mom at the dining room table and went over the rules.
"Okay so she can't have peanut butter and if she does, there's an epipen in the closet and-"
"Olivia, sweetie. I watch her all the time, I know what to do. You seem really stressed, what's up?" Olivia sighed and shook her head.
"Nothing... I'm just nervous. I mean after all we've been through, going to the doctors just seems like a let down every time. Besides Wren, every time we've went they've told us we've lost the baby. I really don't want that to happen." her mom took ahold of her hands.
"Baby, nothing's going to happen. Everything is going to be fine. You have a perfect healthy baby inside of you I can garentee that." Olivia nodded and Jenifer kissed her head.
"Olivia! Time to go." Josh said peeking his head around the corner. She nodded and looked back at her mom.
"I love you baby. Let us know how it goes."
"I will mom. Love you. Bye Wren!"
"Byeeeee mommy!"
-doctor's office-
The waiting room felt eere and tight to Olivia as she looked around at all the other moms. The doctors and nurses were talking about who knows what and she shifted her attention to a woman around 35 walking out of the door between the rooms and the waiting room, sobbing.
"Why did this have to happen to me?! You all suck you know that!?" Her husband escorted her out of the office and into their car. Olivia was left wide eyed and shocked with worry as she watched the woman.
"You know, sweetheart," The woman around 40 wispered to her. "This is my 4th and every time I've came in here this happens. But don't you worry. Your gonna be just fine." Olivia swallowed and nodded, schooching towards Josh as a form of protection. She leaned her head agenst his side and he looked down at her, nervously playing with her fingers.
"Baby, it's going to be okay. Just take a breath." She nodded and right after she breathed, her name was called.
"Olivia Isabel?" they stood up and followed the nurse down a long hallway and into a tiny room where she sat down in the chair/bed thingy. "the doctor will be in a minute." they nodded and sat quietly for the next 5 minutes. The door opened, revealing a young woman with shoulder lenghth platnum blonde hair.
