-Chapter 2: Unexpected-

Zoe POV

The figure moved into the light. She had different hair and clothes, but her face was still the same as before.

"Emily!?', asked Zoe and Yaniss.

Emily also seemed to be surprised. "Yaniss? Zoe? What are you guys doing here?"

The two glanced at each other. "So, basically..."

"Ohhh." Emily said. "Okay. Crazy story, I got teleported here after finishing the Vivianne of the Lake too!"

Suddenly, someone cleared their throat. Zoe, Yaniss, and the others were so caught up in their story they hadn't even noticed the other person standing behind them.

They were wearing a hood, but they hadn't come into the light yet.

Everyone raised their guard except Emily, who seemed unbothered. After noticing the others' reactions, she explained, "This is Blair. I found him while travelling around. He said he was lost too..."

Yaniss turned around to look at Zoe. Zoe turned around to look at Yaniss.

And then they kisse-

Just kidding. Anyways...

Using their eye language they had made up and used for so many years, Yaniss indicated to Zoe, Do you think... ? Zoe replied, Do you think... ,to which Yaniss rolled her eyes and said, Yes, I think. But do you though- Zoe: Obviously. Yaniss: Well okay then, chill...

"So..." Yaniss started.

"...Mind if you take off your hood?" Zoe finished the sentence as if they had read each other's minds.

The so-called 'Blair' stepped into the light and both girls gasped in shock. He was the same one Yaniss had invented last year at school. Black hair, blonde highlights. Pale pink eyes. Even the eyebags were down to a pixel.

Yaniss covered her mouth because she was having a nosebleed. Although she had looked at him many times before, in person Blair was much more attractive. She just didn't get how she kept falling for people with the strangest personalities.

"Hello," said Blair in a monotone voice.

Yaniss was too shook to speak, so she merely lifted her hand and waved awkwardly.

Blair scanned her with his oh-so beautiful pink eyes. "You're bleeding."

"Um, I think I'll go to the restroom for a second '', she said quickly, rushing out of the room. Sailus and Zoe rolled their eyes in embarrassment.

Venti's mouth was twitching. He was obviously trying his best not to laugh.

"Just so you guys know," said Emily. "There's a whole group of Fatui Agents right outside the door, trying to get in. We put a seal on the door, but I don't think it'll last very-"

Before she had even finished the sentence, a loud boom sounded downstairs. The sound of a slime barrel exploding echoed through the whole building.

At that moment, Yaniss came out of the washroom. "Whoa! Did you hear that?"

"Yeah, no, we totally didn't.", said Sailus sarcastically. "WHAT KIND OF A QUESTION IS THAT YOU-"

"Zoe, Yaniss, Sailus," ordered Venti. "You three escape through the left window. Emily, Blair, go out through the right one. Me and Diluc will deal with this ourselves."

Zoe and Blair opened their mouths to protest, but the sound of footsteps were already coming up the stairs. They were running out of time.

Reluctantly, they climbed out of the window. And not one second too late...
