This song and me...
We've been through a lot of things together.

The poet's heart once filled with passion
a soul that longed for beauty

Fell victim to the weight of the world
hidden things that eyes couldn't see

A tragic tale of shattered dreams and hope
The pain of the heart, the struggle to cope

"The poet's mind is a tempest
the darkness, a suffocating endless.

Rough waters and winds come to play
a compass of emptiness and dismay.

skies that echo with silence,
Her storm inside is a violence."

The verses haunted, she cannot seem to fight
A place of hopelessness
where there is no compromise
Tossed by emotions, "dying of the light"

The deep cuts of depression, a bleeding heart
A wound that will never fully heal,
forever torn a part

The emptiness of the soul, a hollow victory
a bittersweet taste of death, from pain a releasing

That rages deep within her soul
A tumult of tears, a torrent of unbearable

The poet's heart aches to be free
From the prison of her mind
Inside she's screaming

The suicide note, a final farewell
A testament to the pain that one felt

The sadness of the survivors, a broken embrace
a wound that will never fully close, a place of pain.

The memories, a haunting melody
A reminder of the loss, a painful legacy

I wasn't going to share it..
But nonetheless ..this one belongs here
