Elijah walked into Klaus's studio, where he was immersed in his endless drawings.. He looked at a wall, Klaus had dedicated to portraits of his daughter and Camille.. Many years had passed since Camille became one of them.. Since the differences between her and Klaus were resolved.. Since then she has been with his brother, brought happiness to his life that he thought his brother would never have.. He sat on the couch and said quietly "Shall I ask you a question?"
Klaus muttered meaningless words without raising his head from his painting.. Words that Elijah took as approval, so he asked elegantly "When will Camille become a part of our family?"
Klaus raised his head to him with a frown, then immediately replied "Camille is a member of our family"
Elijah responded in a more clarifying tone even though he knew his brother understood his question correctly "When is she going to carry our family name?"
Klaus responded with suppressed anger "Don't you think you're asking personal questions that don't concern you?"
Elijah responded smoothly "Didn't you ask me the same question before I married Hayley?"
Klaus answered with conviction, justifying it "I did.. For fear a new rituals would emerge regarding her pack and force her to marry someone else, as happened with Jackson"
Elijah asked sarcastically "I never thought you would be worried for me from a heartbreak?"
Klaus responded provocatively "No, I didn't want my daughter to leave my house again"
Elijah shook his head desperately "Why didn't you answer my question?"
Klaus replied smoothly "It's none of your business and shut up Camille will be here any minute"
He was silent, listening, then continued calmly "Rather, I think she has already come"
Indeed, Camille entered the room after a few minutes.. Elijah straightened to his feet after she said hello, asking with Strangely calmness "Camille.. Would you do me the honor of becoming my sister in law"
Camille thought Elijah was joking, so she replied gently, laughing "Um, sure?"
Klaus looked at Camille in astonishment at her quick response, then whispered in shock to his brother "Wait a minute, brother.. Did you just propose to my girlfriend for me?"
Elijah answered elegantly "Someone had to do it, brother.. But a thank you would have been enough"
Then he placed a complimentary kiss on Camille's cheek, saying cheerfully before leaving, "Congratulations, Camille and welcome to the family"
