(Y/N) pov:

I stepped through the door and walked through the lobby of the Hotel. I had my hand covering my cheek as I approached the bar. I sat down on the stool and Husk looked up at me. He noticed the giant red spot on my cheek. "The fuck happened to you?" He asked me with his gruff tone, raising a brow.

"I don't wanna talk about it. Now, please. I just wanna drink until my face stops hurting." I replied with annoyance.

"Geez. Someone's pissy." He replied, walking away.

As Husk was preparing the drink, I then looked down to the counter. I didn't notice Charlie coming behind me. She put her hand on my shoulder. "Hey, bud. You doing okay?" She asked me, raising a brow.

I nodded "Better than ever." I replied.

She then noticed the red mark on my cheek. "What happened there?" She asked.

"I have some dickhead named, "Valentino" to thank for this..." I responded, turning back to the front.

"Valentino? You mean Angel's pimp?" She asked me.

"I guess." I replied, bluntly.

"Huh. Tough guy thinking he could take on an overlord. That's amusing." Husk added on, sarcastically. He then set my drink on the counter.

I took and and started to drink. Charlie looked to the side. "Listen... I think you should rest up. You've had a long stressful day-" I then cut Charlie off. "Long and stressful is right." I added on. I then stood up.

I looked at her. "I don't mean to be a jackass, but I am MORE than stressed. I got sucked into Hell, literally. Almost died a few times and I just confronted a fucking psychopathic pimp. So you tell me, if I had a stressful day." I told her. That seemed to silence her. She held her arm in and looked down frowning. I looked down as well and sighed. "Forget about it..." I mumbled, sitting back down. "Now please. Let me relax in peace." I told her.

"Alright. I'm here if you need anything." She tried to reassure me, while walking away.

I didn't even turn around to look at her. I just kept my sight on the counter. I then continued to drink my sorrows away until I was blind drunk. Hell, I didn't even know how I made it back to my room in one piece. I crashed down on the bed and fell asleep shortly after.

(Time-Skip)

I woke up the next morning feeling a bit hung over. I held my head and sat up. I looked outside the window and the sky was red and I had the best view of the city. I threw the blankets off me and walked over to the bathroom.

I turned on the lights and my hair was all messy. I looked at my eyes and there were dark bags under them. I've never looked more like shit in my life. But I didn't care. My appearance was the least of my concerns right now. All I cared about was getting back home.

I then thought to myself. 'I don't know how I'm gonna do this... but maybe Cherri could help a bit. She's probably knows where Valentino's plots are. Maybe she can be an asset.' I mused.

I then walked out of the bathroom and took the elevator downstairs. I then went out of the Hotel in search for Cherri. She had to be somewhere around.

(Time-Skip)

I think I've spent about twenty-five minutes out here. Cherri was no where in sight. It was funny. She ran into me at the most convenient time. I wasn't really a good tracker, but I was determined. I'd find her no matter what the cost. Even if it kills me doing it.

She's the only one who know about Valentino. She obviously seems to hate him. That's a one.

I continued to looked up and down, left to right, to still no avail. After a couple of seconds, I heard an explosion coming from the east. I was startled. You always have to keep your guard up here. Death traps are everywhere.
