it's a 'no' to stand there and be proud
knowing you did nothing
to make yourself think you deserve it.
it's a 'no' to think you can do everything
knowing you're just living fourth of your existence.
it's a no to feign ignorance with a hidden beam
knowing those secrets could ruin one's life.
it's a hundred percent no to choose the path
you thought you want
just because the society told you it's the norm
you should follow.
and how shameless of me writing these?
even i answered 'yes' in every line.
how shameless, right?
in life, the supposed-to-be
was covered with it-should-be
we know the wrongs to rights
but too hard to make everything right.
and I can't even end this piece
for I felt it shouldn't be finished.
What a life full of complexities.
