Luke's pOV
The ride to her house was quiet.
Not a comfortable quiet either...
I pull in the drive way and stop the engine.
I sigh.
"Are you ready, Jade?" I speak low my voice soft and quiet attempting to crack the wall she has built around her.
"I guess." She says with a shrug and a quick swipe on her face to take away the tear.
She goes to turn and leave the car but I stop her.
"Jade, everything's going to be alright"
I smile and kiss her forehead.
I can't even imagine what she is going through.
But I will stick by her side till the end of time.
That's all I know.
"Let's go." She says fast wiping some tears.
I can't blame her. But I am hurt ever so slightly.
Just as We step into the house jade walks over to a picture on the wall. I can't see it clearly but I think I see her dad in the picture.
"Jade...what are you doing?" I ask as I see her walk to a drawer and pull out a knife.
She grabs the picture, I step closer.
I was right.
A picture with a:
Dad
A mum
And a little...boy?
Then Jade and Julia
The boy in the picture had his arm around jades shoulder.
Julia was hugging his arm.
Jades dad was holding her mums hip and holding the boys shoulder.
What a mystery boy...
