I woke up this morning to my brother screaming
Dustin: Y/N DO YOU HAVE ANY QUARTERS?!
I slowly sat up rubbing my eyes I saw my brother digging through my things
Y/n: there not over there
Dustin: then where!?
I got out of bed and walked to my bathroom a jar of quarters I got some out and handed them to my brother
Dustin: THANK YOU!
I nodded and went and got dressed I ran downstairs
Y/m: good morning sweetie
Y/n: morning
I gave my mom a smile suddenly Jonathan pulled up me and Dustin walked outside I figured it would be a packed car because of Nancy too I saw no body in the front seat I opened the door
Y/n: where the hell is nance?
Jonathan: steve
Y/n: oh my god what the hell
Jonathan: what's the matter with it
Y/n: she's ditched us FOUR TIMES god Harrington's such an asshole
Dustin: I don't know
Y/n: how do you not know?!
Jonathan: you know maybe he changed
Y/n: ha! Doubt it!
Jonathan: you know he might have
Y/n: are you serious he never has tried to protect Nancy once when he hit the god damn demogordon last year!
I yelled then turned around

Will flashed a smile at me

I turned back to Jonathan
Y/n: or when he got in a fight or when he wrote Nancy the Slut wheeler!
Dustin: technically his friends
Jonathan: and he helped clean it up
Y/n: whatever he's still an ass hole
We pulled up to the middle school as the boys got out
Y/n: have a good day you two
Will: thanks you too
Dustin: see ya later

Will nodded at his brother we headed to the high school we pulled in I saw Nancy and Steve kissing in the car
Y/n: god I'm gonna be sick

I got out and started walking into school I walked to my locker and Nancy walked up to me

Y/n: hey
Nancy: didn't see you this morning
Y/n: yea you were to busy spit swapping
Nancy: I'm sorry y/n

Nancy: I'll see you later?
I nodded and she walked away I started walking to my next class I walked in and sat down people started coming in I saw Harrington walk in I rolled my eyes as he sat down in a seat behind me  class began suddenly I felt a tap on my shoulder I turned around
Steve: that girls staring at you
Steve spoke I turned to where he point the girl looked away quickly weird I thought to myself but moved past it I started writting down stuff class ended and I walked out and walked with nancy and Jonathan Nancy shoved something into my chest it was a orange paper oh great a Halloween party
Nancy: come with us
I nodded

I walk out of school then I realize Jonathan was taking all four boys to the Arcade no more room in his car
Y/n: ugh! Shit!
I sat down on the curb suddenly a car pulled up it startled me

Y/n: what no!
Nancy: why not?!
Y/n: I'm not trusting Harrington!
Steve: rude
Nancy: y/n!
Y/n: fine
I got in the car
Steve: that girl from class she was staring at you in the hallway y/n
Y/n: weird
Suddenly take my breath away came on I loved this song I started humming
Steve: holy shit you know this one?
Steve looked at me through the mirror

Steve: mine too!
I didn't try but a smile spread on my lips Nancy had a smile of me and him getting along we pulled up to my house

I got out and ran to the door the rest of that night I hung out in my room my brother got back I did start to think about that girl but whatever
