10. Nikkah🥀

MEHRUL POV
It was a night before Manal's and mahd's nikkah
Even though he's my brother manal is as important as him
I decide to talk to her
I knocked on her door before walking inside
'Hey,you got time?' I asked and she nodded
'Mera kaam Kia ha' she replied and I laughed

Sitting on the bed next to her I looked at worried
'You good?' I asked 'how are you feeling'
'I'm fine and honestly nothing I don't know why but this feels right and wrong at the same time' she replied and I nodded

'Mahd did things I never imagined and it's not been a lot of time. What if he repeats it?' She gasped
'Then he will pay' I replied dead serious

'MEHRUL' we heard someone yelling and obviously that someone is my dearest husband

'Oh you're here' he said when he saw me
'What are you girls talking about aik raat milti ha hume jab aapke do shaitaan sou jaate hain' he said to me sitting next to me
'Acha shaitaan tou mere aur agar Kuch Acha karein tou Aapke' i said to him fake glaring
He chuckled and pecked my cheek

'Bas kardo kitni chumma chatiyan karoge nikkah ha uska kal lekin preview nhi dena ha' we heard saad say walking in the room
'Tu Bohat nhi bol rha Aaj kal' sameer said to him and laughed

'Biwi ki gulami tou choro pehle Phir baat karna mujhse' he replied making faces at sameer earning a slap
We talked a little and sameer went to bed
Me and saad left the room together

'I wanted to talk to you' he said to me and I nodded
'Samiya wants to go overseas?' He asked and I nodded
'Yeah she discussed it with me and I told her if she has a plan tou why not' I told him
'I..um you told her she could settle there if she wants to?' He asked
I said no such things but sure if she wants to

'I mean why not what's the problem where ever she has a better future' i said to him and he nodded
'I like her mehrul a lot and I want to marry her. You saw what happened with manal and mahd isliye mai relationship mai interested nhi hoon' he said to me looking down at the floor

'She's 18 saad barely an adult and I'm sure as hell not letting her get married before she has a stable future' I told him and he nodded
'I have a stable future and I can give her that' he said to me

'You saw what happened with your brother and me. I suffered for years and I'm not letting anybody else suffer' I replied
'I know but I really do like her' he told me looking straight in my eyes with a pleasing look and I sighed
'She calls you bhai and you can get engaged to her 2-3 years later but she needs to complete her studies' I told him

'Jaan bhi tou bolti ha' he mumbled and I glared at him

MAHD POV
It was my nikkah morning and I was about to get ready for it
*knock*
'Mahd bhai ice cream khane chalein?' Samiya said as she came inside
She hasn't talk to me since our conversation about manal where fortunately saad saved me

I nodded and stood up
I reached my car and she was already standing there
We sat in the car and it was just us two
'I'm sorry for what I said that day' she confessed 'but she was really hurt and crying and it was hard to see. I wanted her to be with you as much as she did but what you did was unexpected. You saw what happened with api and honestly and I didn't want a recap' she said all that with her lowered and I chuckled

'Koi baat nhi samiya I understand where you are coming from and I understand that you were hurt aswell' I said placing my hand on her head and shuffling her hair

'Baal Kun kharab kiye' she yelled and fixed her hair making me laugh
we got our ice creams and headed home

I parked the car and opened the door when saad appeared
'Han ji kaha gaye the Aap log akele akele' he said with his eyebrow raised
'Nikkah nhi Aaj Tera' he said to me and I gave him a smile
'Alhumdullilah yes' i said with a full grin
Even the thought makes me happy
'Aur jahan tak mujhe yaad ha Aapki bestfriend ka nikkah ha' saad said to samiya with an eyebrow
