Matsu blinked away the sleepiness from his eyes, noticing the wires tangled in his hair. With a tired sigh, he gently removed the entangled wires, then stood up and stretched his aching muscles. As he ascended the stairs to exit his basement lab, he pulled out his phone to check for messages. When he saw a message from someone in Aerithorn City, concern crept over him. Some of his people had never left Aerithorn City after the war, and he knew that any contact from there was significant. The Cascadian government had never been comfortable with the Fireflies' refusal to leave their ancestral homes, and it made any communication with Aerithorn City all the more suspicious. He tapped on the message to read it, the unease growing in his mind. Matsu couldn't help but wonder what this message might entail and how it could potentially impact the delicate balance between his people and the government.

Matsu, while continuing to mull over the message, muttered to himself, "I guess I'll have to check it out. This can't be ignored." With a sense of resolve, he ate his breakfast and then prepared for his trip to Aerithorn City. As he got ready, he couldn't help but wonder what awaited him there, and what it meant for the Fireflies and their unique way of life. Then Matsu opened the door to find Marina, Opal, Angelo, and Orca standing outside. He was about to explain his situation when they asked if he wanted to hang out. As Matsu explained his situation to his friends at the door, Marina seemed a bit disappointed that their hangout plans were falling through. Angelo and Orca, however, were understanding and supportive. Matsu then looked at Marina, a thoughtful expression on his face. "Marina, I've got an idea. Instead of missing out on spending time with us, how about you join us on a trip to Aerithorn City? It's where some of the Fireflies in Cascadia live, and you'll get to meet some of my people. It could be a unique experience."

Marina's eyes lit up with excitement. "Really? I'd love to see Aerithorn City and meet more Fireflies. That sounds amazing!" Matsu smiled and turned to Angelo and Orca. "What do you say, guys? Want to come along on a little adventure?" Angelo and Orca exchanged glances, then nodded in agreement. "Sounds intriguing. We're in." With their plans now adjusted, the group looked forward to a new and exciting experience, all thanks to Matsu's invitation to visit Aerithorn City. The group piled into the comfortable vehicle, chatting and sharing their expectations for their visit to Aerithorn City. Matsu smiled as he listened to their lively conversation. Angelo, always the curious one, asked, "Matsu, what should we expect when we meet the Fireflies? Are they different from the Fireflies from your town?" Matsu nodded and explained, "They might have some differences in culture and traditions, but we all share a deep connection through our aura abilities. Fireflies value family, unity, and using their powers for the greater good, just like we do."

Orca added, "It's going to be so interesting to see how they live and practice their aura abilities."Marina, her eyes shining with anticipation, chimed in, "I've never met anyone from Aerithorn City before. This is going to be a wonderful experience." As the car sped down the road toward Aerithorn City, the group continued to exchange ideas and questions about what they might encounter when they met more of Matsu's Firefly community. Matsu maintained his facade of a cheerful smile, all the while contemplating how this trip could provide his friends with a glimpse of the immense responsibilities he bore as the head of his family and the leader of his clan.In the back of the car, he thought about how his position required him to negotiate with Firefly communities from other territories, handle internal clan affairs, and keep the peace between the Fireflies and the other races in Lukadia. Sharing these responsibilities with his friends might give them a deeper understanding of what he dealt with daily. Angelo, noticing Matsu's thoughtful expression, patted him on the shoulder. "You seem a bit preoccupied, Matsu. Anything on your mind?"

Matsu turned to Angelo, his smile genuine now. "Oh, nothing too serious, Angelo. I'm just looking forward to introducing you all to my Firefly family and seeing how you'll react to our culture and lifestyle." Orca, ever observant, added, "We appreciate you including us in this experience, Matsu. It means a lot to us." Marina nodded in agreement, her initial disappointment fading. "We're excited to see a part of your world that we've never experienced." Matsu appreciated their understanding, and he knew that, despite the responsibilities that lay ahead, he was grateful to have his friends with him. As they approached Aerithorn City, he couldn't help but wonder how this journey would change their perspective on the Fireflies and their role in the world. In Aerithorn City was a captivating sight. Vibrant homes lined the streets, adorned with intricate firefly designs and luminescent decorations that emitted a soft, calming glow. The entire atmosphere felt magical as they stepped out of the car. To Matsu's friends, it was like stepping into another world, and they were awed by the beauty surrounding them. As they exited the vehicle, curious Fireflies came to greet them. They extended warm welcomes, their eyes filled with respect and a hint of deference.
