So I've decided to change how I write the story, the old way was too hard to read for me and my reviewer(it's a friend who gives me ideas and reviews the story). So I have decided to try and keep long paragraphs to a minimum, so without further a do, let get back to the story. And no I'm not going back and changing how the old chapters are written, it would take too long for me to reasonably break down the paragraphs.
The next morning matsu sat down and ate breakfast, as he turned on the news to see what's been happening in Ironhaven, he saw a segment talking about Out of the Blue and a new song that they released.
Matsu's eyes widened as he saw the news about Calie and Marie's new song. He almost choked on his breakfast in surprise. A proud smile formed on his face, and he muttered to himself, "Wow, they did it... They really did it. I couldn't be prouder."
As he continued to watch the news, he thought about how talented and dedicated his friends were, and how much they had achieved in their careers as idols.
Matsu's eyes widened even more as he listened to the song, recognizing the lyrics and melody. He chuckled to himself, thinking, "They really did it. They used the song I wrote for them when we were kids. I can't believe it's become this popular."
He continued to watch and listen to the performance, a mix of nostalgia and pride filling his heart as he realized the impact of his song on their lives and careers.
As Matsu watched the interview, he couldn't help but smile at their response. Calie and Marie openly admitted the song wasn't their own creation and told the world that it was a gift from a dear friend.
Calie said, "The song was written by someone very close to us, a friend who knew how much it meant to us. It was meant to be sung to their girlfriend, but it didn't work out, so they shared it with us. We fell in love with it and decided to perform it."
Marie chimed in, "It's such a beautiful song, and we're grateful to our friend for sharing it with us. It's become a way for us to express our feelings, even if the lyrics were initially written for a different purpose."
Matsu felt a mix of emotions, touched by their gesture and proud that his song had found a place in the hearts of so many.
The interviewer, intrigued by the mystery, pressed on. "But, is there anything you can tell us about the friend who wrote this amazing song for you?"
Calie exchanged a glance with Marie, and they both grinned mischievously. "Well," Calie said, "all we can say is that our friend is someone very close to us, and they are incredibly talented. We don't want to reveal their identity because they're a bit shy about it. We want to protect their secret."
Marie nodded in agreement. "Exactly, we don't want to embarrass our friend or make them feel awkward. They've been an important part of our lives, and we hope they know how much we appreciate them."
Then the interviewer asked a question that left Calie and Marie shocked and nearly made Matsu choke, "So was it written by your long time friend Matsu Kagayaki?"
Then interviewer's mention of Matsu stunned both Calie and Marie. They exchanged nervous glances before Calie stuttered, "Oh, Matsu? No, no, it wasn't him. It was... um, another friend."
Marie chimed in, "Yeah, we have lots of friends who are talented with music. It could've been anyone."
The interviewer, seemingly satisfied with their answer, moved on to another question. Meanwhile, Matsu, having nearly choked on his drink, was left in shock. He never expected to be suspected as the songwriter, and he couldn't help but wonder how the interviewer had come to that conclusion.
