VINTAGE ROB and LOUD, which isn't published yet, were originally written as one story. Sequentially, VINTAGE ROB takes place before LOUD, so the last chapter of VINTAGE ROB is the first chapter of LOUD.
VINTAGE ROB and LOUD take place at the same time as QUIET, which is about Rob's daughter, Makiko Lombardi. You may want to start there, especially if you prefer YA.
Rob has a lot to figure out and has made a mess of relationships in his life, despite having a lot of advantages. I hope you'll agree that VINTAGE ROB is an entertaining character study.
If you've read QUIET and just want to know what Rob was doing when Makiko's story heats up, you may want to skip VINTAGE ROB and jump right into LOUD... once it is published. However, chapters 18, 19 and 20 of VINTAGE ROB show how Rob put a target on Makiko's back. That may be too important to miss.
Whatever you do, thanks for giving my work a chance. If you are a writer, may the publishing and money gods bless you.
