The AI stared at the hedgehog, about to approch.
Until something came to him.
'Ugh.... What's happening to me...?' he thought when his whole self became black.
Next thing Sage saw, he disappeared.
"Impossible. I thought that being would corrupt him." she said to herself.

"What just happened?" the pink hedgehog asked.
"We're... free for Cyberspace! How?!" the two tailed fox said.
"Whatever Sonic did to free us, it's gotta be that corruption." the red echidna said.
"He disappeared." came the voice of the AI.
Tails, Knuckles and Amy looked up, seeing Sage approaching them.
"What do you mean?" Amy asked.
"It is unknown what has happened to him." the AI said.
"WHAT?! SONIC'S GONE!?" came an angry, yet familiar voice.
They turned seeing Eggman, in his Eggmobile, with an angry look on his face.
"No one should make that hedgehog disappear, but me!" he said.
"How can Sonic disappear!? He's just joking, right?" Knuckles said.
Amy gasped "So does this mean he's.... gone forever?"
Tails looks away, but something caught his eye.
"Guys...." he said.
"What is it, you lousy-" Eggman trailed off, seeing what Tails meant, along with Amy, Knuckles and Sage.
A cyber cage.
Was there a final person on the island?
They approached the cage, seeing a familiar figure in there.
"Sonic...." the fox muttered.
"No way..." the echidna mused.
"He's in that cage we were all in separately." the pink hedgehog said.
"...Sage, what happened to Sonic?" the doctor asked.
"It... appears to be that we all thought Sonic has disappeared, but he is currently trapped in Cyberspace." the AI explained.
"Guys?! Is that you?! I don't know what happened! Why am I stuck in here?! Guys?!" a staticky version of Sonic's voice said through the cage, banging it.
Tails' heart beats fast, worried for his best friend and big brother.
"Looks like those memory token things could get him outta there." Knuckles said.
"I think we could use ours." Amy said.
"Yeah, but what if we end up and Cyberspace again?!"
"You won't." Sage cuts off the argument of the red echidna and pink hedgehog. "Apparently, since he freed you with your memory tokens, he must have the same on this island right now."
"She's right... We had our own memory tokens when Sonic was defeating the titans, on this island, he has memory tokens." Tails said.
"So we collect them?" Knuckles asked.
"Yep. I hope Sonic's okay..."
"I think he'll be fine."
