I stir awake, smiling when I feel the soreness between my thighs. We had amazing sex last night, and I hadn't imagined our first time together again would be like this. I know I'm going to feel him for days.
I reach for him like always and feel an empty bed—cold. He hadn't slept with me.
I opened my eyes, blinking to adjust to the dark room. It wasn't ours at home or the room on the yacht. I'd panic if my hands were tied up or if his scent didn't enter my lungs when I breathed.
I'm in a white T-shirt and a pair of pyjama shorts. "Adrik?" I carefully called, hearing swirls of wind outside. A door opened, and my husband stepped inside with a mug. He looked well-rested in a new shirt and a smile on his face.
"Good morning, Malyshka."
I frown. "Before I tell you good morning, where am I, and what time is it?" He walks to me and turns the lamp on. Soft yellow light spills into the brown cabin with black curtains.
"What do you remember from last night?" He kisses my head and places the mug in my hands. The steam fills my nostrils, and I know it's cinnamon tea.
"You know what happened last night." I feel my cheeks warm as I bring the tea to my lips.
"Before you fell asleep, baby." I frown, thinking of what happened. "You cursed when I said I was sleepy and then mentioned a flight—flight?! Honeymoon?!" I almost coughed when the tea went down the wrong way. "Adrik?"
"We're landing in five minutes." He gets up like he has just told me it will not rain today.
"Where? Why didn't you say anything before we married?"
"It's a surprise, and if you let me dress you, you'll see where we are." I fly out of bed, feeling excited and ignoring the throbbing between my legs.
"I should be mad at you for this."
"Good that you aren't." I roll my eyes. "Let's get you dressed. My pilot has already announced he will land soon."
I take one more sip of my tea before he unbuttons the shirt, exposing my breasts. He sharply breathes when he looks at them before telling me to take my shorts off.
He dresses me in a white halter maxi dress and brushes through my hair. I'm smiling hard, and my cheeks hurt. My heart beats, telling me something I've prevented since he retook me. I love him. I thought I could stop, but I was only fooling myself.
"Wait. Did you pack suitcases for us?"
"I have, Malyshka. How are you feeling?" I stand and slide my sandals on my feet.
"I need to see a doctor after what we did last night. I know we didn't harm the babies, but not everyone fucks like we do." I chew my bottom lip, thinking I've ruined today with that information.
