Holly laid in Stefan's bed still asleep. He was worried about her but the device effected her. Seeing her moving had him sighing in relief. "Baby?" She looked at him weak. "I'm so glad you're okay."

"Me too. What was that noise?"

"Bonnie had lied to us. She didn't deactivate the device like she promised." He tells her. "Are you okay, baby?"

"I feel different." She tells him. "Did I turn?"

He shook his head. "You never died, plus I didn't give you blood. I would have if your heartbeat changed but it didn't." He says. "Just in case...." He bit his wrist. "Drink baby before something else happens."

Holly nodded as she took his wrist into her hands. He held her head as she started drinking his blood. He would do anything for Holly and he will continue to make sure she stays alive and with him. He watched as she looked at him causing him to kiss her. She smiled as he laid her back causing them to look at one another. "I love you."

Stefan smiled. "I love you."

Outside the window, Katherine watched them start having sex. She had to figure away to get Holly Gilbert alone so she can kill her. She knew the type of supernatural she is. A tribrid. Hopefully her doing this, she can be free.

Holly went to the hospital to see Caroline. She walked in causing Caroline to smile. "You're okay."

"What are you talking about?" Holly asked confused.

"Stefan told us what happened." Bonnie says. "Told us you two went home and fainted."

"I don't know what actually happened, but I'm okay now." She tells them as she looked at Bonnie. "We need to talk."

Bonnie nodded as they walked out. As soon as they walked out of the room, Holly smacked Bonnie causing her to hold her cheek. "Did you forget that the device can affect me?" She asked as her eyes glowed. "Because I could have died last night if I wasn't at Stefan's."

"I'm sorry, Holly. I didn't think you would hear it, but I forgot that you are something else besides a witch. I'm so sorry."

"Sorry doesn't cut it." The blonde stated. "If someone kills Caroline because you had Damon give her blood, I will kill you."

Bonnie watched Holly leave making her wished that she never lied, but Elena pissed her off. Now she may have lost a friend due to what she had done.

When Holly got home, she went straight to her room just for someone to snap her neck. "Sorry, Holly, but I have to have my freedom back."

Hearing a thud, Jeremy went to see what fell. He saw Holly's door opened, but saw her on the floor. "No." He says. "Holly, wake up."

Elena heard Jeremy upstairs crying causing her to run from the kitchen just to see Holly on the floor with her neck broke. She screamed as this shouldn't be happening. Her sister was dead.
