Leaving the room, I noticed a lady wearing purple scrubs working behind the desk. I couldn't help but take another glimpse as she reminded me so much of Nips. As she cut her eyes towards my direction, I continued walking towards the elevators.

"Wait, sir?" she called out, trying to catch up with me as I kindly pressed the door open as she rolled in a medical machine, headed down to the lobby.

"Sorry about that," she said as she slid into the elevator and I nodded and pressed the door closed.

"It's cool," I reassured her as we waited for the elevator to reach the lobby.

"Visiting?" she asked, breaking the silence.

I nodded in response.

"Yeah, visiting a good friend of mine," I told her. She nodded and then examined the painting on the walls, which had my initials on it.

She smiled.

"Wait, you're Brody Nelson?" she asked as I nodded my head.

"Huge fan?" she laughed.

"Sort of? I tried getting tickets to your exhibit, but it was sold out. Plus, I couldn't get off from work," she told him as the elevator

"Ooh, really? Well, if you'd like, I'm hosting one in Jamaica coming up. I'd like it if you joined," he asked as she blushed a bit.

"Uh, I have to see if I could take off," she nodded.

"Who's your chief?" she strolled through her call logs as I scanned through them.

"The headboard is Nancy, she's in her office," she stated as I nodded my head.

"Why don't we take a walk down to her office?" Her smile was a glimpse.

"Uhm, sure, but I have to check on a patient," he nodded.

"I can wait for you here," he softly smiled as she she nodded.

"Uh, sure. I'll be back in ten minutes," she smiled as I nodded, getting off the elevator as she wheeled the machine to the patient's room.

By ten minutes, she arrived as my smile glimpsed hers as I held the elevator for her and she stepped in. I pressed the door closed.

"Shall we call her?" I asked as she shyly took out her phone and I dialed the number. Nancy was in her office going over paperwork when her phone rang without her checking the caller ID.

"Nancy's office?" she answered as I smiled.

"Nancy, Brody Nelson here," she smiled as she did the same.

"Yes, Mr. Nelson, I heard about your wife Rebecca. I'm so sorry, but I'm glad she's in good condition again," she smiled as my eyes smirked.

"Yes, thank you, ma'am. But I was wondering, do you mind if you kindly give," he takes a glimpse at her nametag on her shirt, "Nurse Lorraine an extension for me?"

"Uh, ok? But will your wife be okay with that?" I laughed.

"I'll explain everything once I get back from Jamaica for my exhibit," I told her as she nodded, checking Lorraine's schedule.

"Uh, yes? She was supposed to have tomorrow and next week off, but for you, I'll make that exception," she smiled as he did.

"I appreciate you for this, Nancy, and I will be sending you a gift this afternoon," he smiled as she nodded.
