Delusions are weapons created by the Fatui to grant the delusion's bearer powers beyond the one provided by visions. However, this power comes at a price: the person's vitality. By using a delusion, you are signing a pact with the Devil and accept your potential death. If used for a long time, the bearer will find themselves grow older in a few hours, leading to a potential death if they continue using it.

That is why only a minority of the Fatui is allowed to bear one. The Eleven Harbingers are possessing one as well.

Only a few persons outside of the Fatui know this kind of weapon, and none knows their real purpose: destroy the god's eyes.

You questioned Dottore about delusion's once.

"Visions were created by Celestia to keep an eye on Teyvat. Celestia is able to see through visions; this is how they knew a nation was ruled by humans and not by a God. Since us, the Fatui, are declaring war to Celestia, we must not be found out yet. That is why I created Delusions. They have the ability to alter Visions, making Celestia believe there is no revolution. Fascinating, isn't it?"

Your eyes don't leave the delusion in front of you. Your hands are in front of your mouth, elbows resting on the table.
The delusion has the same shape as visions; the Fatui symbol on it being the only difference. The one in front of you has a green orb, indicating its element, Dendro.

The delusion was left alone on one of the lab table. Yesterday, Dottore announced he had to attend to an expedition in Natlan so he would be absent for a week. As such, he told you your delusion was almost ready but you will have to wait for his return before being able to use it.

You do not really care about having one or not. Right now, only one thing goes through your head: If Delusions are draining their bearer's life; how come some people don't get the slightest injury or consequences?

The idea of testing on some people came to your mind but they all died. To prevent having to face The Doctor's anger, you framed a member of The Fatui's science team. You are sure the person will be fired or killed, and you do not give a damn.

Your life matters more than other's.

You sigh and grab the Delusion. You inspect it, admiring the light green glow. You hear the door of the room opening but you do not look behind. You are sure it is one of Dottore's clones probably passing by to grab some tools. The door closes and you hear multiple footsteps, some coming in your direction.

You assume there are multiple clones, but you do not mind. You are used to some of them sticking together, hanging around or fighting.

A gloved hand takes the delusion from your hands while another goes on your waist and rubs small circle.

"A very interesting object indeed." The segment's voice says before he puts down the Delusion. The hand then goes on your waist as well. "But (Y/N), there is something that I have noticed and I wish you to enlighten me about this subject."
He leans forward, his mouth near your hear.

"You and Prime seems to have become closer, am I right?"

Oh.

You see where he wants to go.

He chuckles, tightening his embrace.
"I will take your silence as a yes." His hands are now caressing your belly. One then goes higher near your chest while the other caresses the fabric of your pants. "Well, then maybe Prime won't mind sharing you with us."
