"Ay, my head hurts. " I complained as I felt my head in pain.
I yawned. Stretched my arms and body as I felt discomfort.
Wow! It was such a great experience to travel in my dreams. There were so many things that happened. Later I realized that I was just dreaming the whole time and now was giving me pain in my entire body.
"What a tiring dream huh? " I talked to myself while my eyes closed and rolled my body which made me fall from the bed.
"Ahhhck " I groaned in pain and touched my body that hurts.
As I wanted to continue sleeping, I just opened my eyes slowly. I roamed around my sight halfway and was puzzled. I couldn't figure out if this was real or if it might be part of my imagination because I see things as vivid. Maybe, I was still in my dream?
"I'm happy that you're finally awakened, Princess."
My eyes widened in shock. I hugged myself immediately and scanned the whole area. My breathing became heavy and deep when I witnessed something incredible that I hadn't even seen in my whole life. Yes! I was stuck in a room where the whole chamber was surrounded by scintillating objects made of GOLD. All the things were made of GOLD! I closed my eyes and covered with my hands forthwith. No! This can't be real. I'm just having a mediocre dream!
"You're not daydreaming, all things here are truly pure."
I heard it someone's talking right once again. Who's talking? Yes, I was sure someone was talking. No, this can't be. I was just dreaming!
My heartbeats scampered. I felt my oozy body because of continuous drops of sweat. My body froze. The whole area was empty, with no one to be found. There was no one here, it was just me.
I didn't even spit words, but why did someone answer all my questions in my mind? I slapped my face many times to ensure that it was not a dream until I found out that it verily hurt.
I managed myself and composed. Wiped those sweats rolling down my body and stood up from bed. I could barely stand straight as my knees vibrated in fear. I cornered myself on the edge of the bed, and abruptly, I saw my reflection in those golden structures that surrounded me. My almond eyes, Nubian nose, and my pearlique-shaped lips. I am indeed beautiful.
I got back to my senses when the golden bed I laid down earlier was moving and jiggling. Without uncertainty, I immediately moved from the bed and pinned myself to the golden wall. I hugged myself and tried to relax my breathing. My mind wanted to get out of here.
"WHERE AND WHO ARE YOU?!" I shouted and panicked.
"Don't be afraid, princess. The one and only King's son, I'm Vineer." He answered.
The King's son? Hello? Is he a royalty?
"I won't do anything to harm you, I'm here to befriend you. It's very pleasing to see you." He added.
My eyes blinked so many times I couldn't count. I heaved a big sigh, covered my mouth, and inhaled desperately. Anytime I know my tears will fall. I ain't used to this kind of thing that scared me off.
"IF YOU DON'T HAVE PLAN TO HARM ME, WHY ARE YOU HIDING?!" I shouted and forced myself not to crack my voice.
"WHERE ARE YOU VINEER? FACE ME! I CAN'T EVEN SEE YOU! " I gasped.
I tried to keep my voice not to break as I wanted to weep for I couldn't imagine that this kind of occurrence was truly happening. My mind was clueless and miserable. There was no idea popping out in my mind to think about how to get away from this golden room. My whole body started to get numb, I couldn't move it. How long would I be stuck here in this golden room? I couldn't even see who was talking! I want to leave now!
