You and the guys decided to go on a hike to decompress after the show last night. You were in Arizona, so there were beautiful spots to catch. Especially for a sunrise. You barely got sleep because of the show, but the idea of getting to see a beautiful sunrise with the group motivated you. Especially a certain blonde.

You and Vic have been together for a while now, and you thought everything was going great. You always had a strong connection, and you could always count on each other to be there for one another. But lately, something has been off. She has been acting very distant and standoffish, and you can't seem to figure out why.

You try talking to her about it, but she avoids the subject or changes the topic. You feel alone, confused, and unsure what to do or how to fix things. You want to make things better, but you don't know how. You feel like you're losing the person you love, and it hurts.

Why is she being so distant? You can't understand it. You've tried everything you can to reach out to her, to talk to her, but it's like she's just not there. She used to be so close to you, so present, so attentive, but now it's like she's a stranger. You feel like you're going insane with the uncertainty, with the confusion, with the lack of answers. You don't know what's happening. You just wish he would talk to you, tell you what's going on, let you know that everything is okay. But she stays silent, distant.

You wish you could go back in time and fix whatever is causing your lover to pull away. But you can't, and the uncertainty of the situation is driving you crazy. You just hope that things will eventually work out, because the thought of losing your lover is too painful to bear.

You sigh as you pull your air up. You're wearing sports shorts and a tank top. As you step out of the bathroom, you feel a mix of emotions- excitement, anticipation, and nerves. You're about to see your girlfriend, the one you've been getting ready for. You take a deep breath and start to make your way over to her. As you get closer, your nerves start to subside, and excitement begins to fill every fiber of your being. You can't help but smile at them, feeling a rush of happiness at the sight of her beautiful sandy blonde hair. She's sipping a coffee, in the kitchen, swiping on her phone.

"Ready ?" You beam and she only hums in response. You tilt your head to the side. "Bambina ?" She sighs and put her phone down, taking in your form with a stern look. She merely smiles. "You look good." It's a compliment, better than nothing. Right ? "Thank you. You look wonderful as always. Tired, but wonderful." She sighs again, rubbing her face. "The concert was fire last night." "It was. Now why don't we stop making the guys wait and join them. The car is waiting for us." You reach out your hand for her to take. She takes it and you lead her outside.

You greet the boys while getting in. Thomas is sleeping in the corner and as soon as you sit down, Vic puts her head on your lap. You play with her hair, a thing you both love to do to each other. Ethan drives to the destination, the sky is starting to turn transparent from the sun not being too far. After a 20 minutes drive, you arrive to the hiking spot. You started to go through the hill and after a moment, you argued with the guys about what path to follow and you needed up splitting up. You only going with Vic. After a little more you arrived to a beautiful spot. It wasn't the one in the photos, meaning the boys were right about the path, but the sight was made for sore eyes.

As you stand there, watching the sun rise over the horizon, you feel a sense of peace and serenity wash over you. The beautiful tint of the sky warming your heart. You turn around, and to your surprise, you see your girlfriend watching you with the most loving and affectionate gaze you've ever seen. It takes your breath away, and for a moment, you feel time stand still. You realize that in that moment, everything else disappears, and it's just the two of you, basking in the beauty of the sunrise together. It's a moment that you will hold close to your heart forever.

Despite the darkness that has been surrounding you and your relationship lately, this moment feels like a little spark of hope. For a brief instant, you forget all the worries and concerns, and you let yourself get lost in the beauty of the moment.

You can't help but feel grateful for this moment, and you wonder if maybe, just maybe, there is still hope for the two of you.

"You're breathtaking." You blurt out and you see the blush staying to tint her cheeks. "And you make my heart stop when you look at me like that." You add. "Like what ?" She doesn't even realize the looks she sends you. "Like the whole world could burn down and you wouldn't see it because we're drowning into each other's eyes." She smiles and leans in for a kiss. It's been so long, you being alone, kisses having such a deep meaning. She felt so real against you. You don't want this moment to end. But the time comes to go back to the car. And you both start to silently made your way through the small forest, minds still reflecting upon what just happened.

"Amore ?" You turn to the sound of her soft voice, snapping back into reality. "I think we should get married." The news must have gotten quite an effect on you because next thing you know, you tripped over a branch and fell.

You end up landing hard on your knees. You let out a shrill cry of pain and try to get up, but your legs won't cooperate. You're injured, and you can't move.

"Y/n !" Vic rushes over to you, her face filled with concern. She takes your hand and helps you up, supporting you as he leads you to a nearby rock. You sit down, feeling miserable and embarrassed. But your girlfriend doesn't seem to mind - in fact, she seems even more caring and concerned than before. She sits down next to you, holding your hand and looking at you with such empathy and love that you can't help but feel your heart melting. "Are you okay ?"

Despite the pain, you can't help but feel grateful for having such a loving and attentive partner by your side.

"I'm alright." You try to get back on your feet. You let out a cry of pain and struggle to get up, tears streaming down your face. Your lover rushes to your side, checking to see if you're okay. She settles you back down. You sigh and watch the sunset together, surrounded by the beauty of nature. "I think I broke my ankle." Concern is written all over her features. "I can't carry you down alone, it's too risky." She gets up and starts to call the boys, knowing they wouldn't be too far. After a few minutes, you hear rushed steps and three boys come into view.

"What happened?" Damiano asks when he sees your swollen ankle. "She tripped and probably broke her ankle. I can't get her down alone..." The boys nodded and put both your arms above their shoulders for support. You start to go down the hike, taking twice the normal time. When you arrived at the car, your ankle was turning blue and the guys rushed you to the E.R. You got charged in and you indeed had a double fracture. They put on a plaster that you had to keep for two months. Then they finally let in some visitors.

Vic comes in and sits at your bed side. "You okay ?" You grab her hand. "I'm good, they gave me pain killers. I should be discharged ok a few." She sighs in relief, emptying her lungs. "About what you said earlier..." You timidly inquired and she stopped in her track. She started to blush like crazy.
"Idon'tknowwhyIsaidthatI'msosorryIt'sjustthatit'sbeenkeepingmeawakeforawhileand-" "wow wow wow Eminem. Calm down!" You grabbed her by her shoulders and she finally looked up at you. "That's why you've been so distant lately ?" She bites her lips and nods. You release a chuckle of disbelief, tears coming to your eyes. "You're crying ?"she asks incredulously. "Sorry... It's just that I thought you were sick of our relationship... Turns out it was the opposite." She hugs you tightly. "Why would you ever think that ? I love you and I could never ever leave you." She kisses your cheek and you both start to laugh at each other, realizing how stupid the situation is. "And you're right. We should." She stops laughing and looks at you in disbelief. A smile turns up her cheekbones and she crushes you into a hug, kissing all over your face.

Well apparently a little adventure never hurt anyone.
