"Hey, Liebe," Tom said loudly as I walked into the living room with Kairo following closely behind. "How was the photo shoot?" He asked as I threw myself down on the couch next to him, resting my feet on his legs.

"Ugh, so exhausting," I said through an exhale. Kairo took a seat on the other side of the couch. "My feet hurt and I have swollen ankles." I lifted my foot slightly to look at my swollen ankles.

"And they only get worse from here on out," I whined, letting my leg fall back down. He brought his hand to the top of my leg and rubbed softly.

"I'm sorry, Liebe," He said quietly and I flashed him a small smile. "It's okay," I said. "I felt good about myself despite being in pain."

"Good," He said before turning his head to the television and I nudged his leg with my foot. He looked back over at me and chuckled quietly before bringing his hands down to my feet and massaging them.

I hummed quietly before turning my head to watch television as well. "Kai, you can get off early if you want. The rest of the day is going to consist of this." I told him with light laughter.

"Are you sure?" He asked. "Does anything need to be done with the wedding, baby shower, or the trip?" I asked and he shook his head. "Everything is taken care of." He assured me and I smiled.

"Well, then, yes," I said sweetly and he nodded. Just as he went to stand up we heard the front door open followed by footsteps and Bill walking into the living room.

"Why did we give him a key?" I joked to Tom who laughed. "Good question," He said before looking up at Bill. "What's up?" He asked and Bill sat down on the couch that Kairo still sat at.

"Good thing you asked," Bill said with a wide smile. "You guys remember me telling you about that new restaurant opening up?" Tom and I both shook our heads.

"You never listen to me," Bill pretended to be offended. "Anyways, they opened yesterday so I made reservations for us tonight." He told us excitedly and I smiled at his bubbly mood.

"Aw, that's sweet. What time?" I asked. "Seven-thirty." He said before turning to Kairo. "You'll be joining us, right?" Bill asked. "I was actually just about to head out for the rest of the day."

"And do what? Go home by yourself and eat a boring dinner?" Bill asked and Kairo nodded slowly. "Great, so you will be joining us!" Bill clapped his hands together once before relaxing back on the couch.

"How was the shoot?" Bill asked me. "Judging by the foot massage, I'd say long and tiring," Bill said as he motioned to Tom and me. "Ding, ding," I said quietly, earning a quiet laugh from Bill.

"So, I'm going to take a little nap. Wake me up at like six so I can start getting ready." I swung my legs to the side and stood up.

Tom's POV

"Okay, Liebe," I said quietly just before she walked out of the living room. "She's okay, right?" Bill asked me and I nodded. "Yeah, she's just reaching that point in the pregnancy where the feel-good hormones are starting to wear off, I guess."

"Growing a baby is so much work," Bill said. "I could never." He finished and I nodded in agreement. "Yeah, I know. I wish there was more I could do for her, like alleviate some of the workload of being pregnant."
