Before I begin, please, don't panic!!! I'm not quitting or ending the story!! I'm posting this in both of my ongoing stories so some of you may see this twice.
I just wanted to come here and let my readers know why I have not been updating. My followers know what is going on but not all of you follow me so you haven't seen my announcements.
My mother had a stroke at the beginning of the year and she had almost fully recovered from it, but unfortunately, she had another one at the end of March and has been in the hospital and rehab ever since.
She is currently at the rehabilitation hospital that I work at so it's easy to keep an eye on her and be involved in her care, but her recovery this time around is much slower than we had anticipated.
Me and my family are faced with the hard decision of placing her in a long term rehabilitation facility. So between researching facilities, doing her care, advocating for her, and working I haven't had much time to write.
I am NOT quittinganytime soon. I will hopefully have new stuff for you guys by the end of the weekend! In the meantime, I wanted to make sure that you guys know just how much I appreciate your patience.
I love each and every one of you. It warms my heart to see how much you miss the updates. I can't wait to get back into writing again! Thank you again for all the love and support. You guys are the bestpart of being an author! ❤️
