Regulas, a wizard student, was determined to master the spell as it was crucial for passing his charms exam. However, despite his best efforts, he struggled immensely. a kept doing the movement flick and swish right?

"you do it then Hal if its so easy" he was being dramtic
rolling her eyes Haylee effortlessly casted the spell maje the feather flaot "well done ms. potter."
"how?" Regulas Said dumbfounded
"here," she grabbed his wrist "swish and flick and make the gar extra long." she smiles and he blushed not paying atteion the feather exploded so after class Haylee agreed to tutor Regulas
At first, Regulus and Haylee simply focused on honing his spell casting skills. However, as Haylee began to help Regulus hone his skill, something unexpected started to happen – Regulus began to develop unexplainable feelings for Haylee. Regulus was ecstatic whenever he was with her, and found his concentration greatly improved with her presence. After a few weeks, Haylee and Regulus finally mastered the Leviosa spell, just in time for his charms exam.
Though Regulus was relieved that he would pass his charms exam, the realization that he was developing feelings for his best friend was quite startling. On the one hand, he was grateful to his friend for her help, but on the other, he was beginning to question the nature of his relationship with her.
