SETTLING IN LIFE

Actually I'm not getting any inspiration to write that's why I'm taking gaps to continue my story. I want to know who are reading my story through messages, comments and votes. I think you got to know the reason for my delays.

In my story, time skips will be more as I want to cover all the phases of the life. 

LET'S DIVE INTO THE STORY.....

AFTER 6 YEARS:

Around 8:30 at night in an auditorium:

At 6:30 p.m., the party got underway. The wealthy men and ladies are all dressed elegantly, walking about holding drinks and engaging in business-related conversation.

A couple is strolling about in the midst of this, introducing themselves to their business associates and chuckling as they make inside jokes about other people. Professional on the outside, silly on the inside.

HOST: I would like to extend a hearty greeting to everyone seated here. The occasion that marks the 25th anniversary of this important day is an annual gathering of Indian business professionals, along with the presentation of the "BEST BUSINESS MAN OF THE YEAR" award. To offer this esteemed honor, let's now welcome the major guest of the occasion.

Onstage, the guest made his appearance. Claps reverberated through the entire hall.

GUEST: Seeing so many dedicated individuals in one place is indeed a pleasure. The local seasoned masters and the youthful dynamos who are just starting out in the commercial world. I shall now declare this year's winner.

Open and see the envelope.

GUEST: It's not one; we have two names. [laughs] The winners are Mr. Anand and Ms. Shreya from A&S Company. Congratulations to both of you.

Anand and Shreya see each other while smiling and hugging each other.

ANAND: Congrats, bear.

SHREYA: You too, Anand.

They went on stage together and received the award.

After Ceremony:

Anand is driving the car, and Shreya is sitting in the passenger seat.

ANAND: I told you, right? We will get the award. [smirk]

SHREYA: Yeah, I knew it, but just a little tensed. Finally, we got the result after 4 years. [falls on his shoulder]

ANAND: We just got our first award; we should do more. That too; this is the total, including my father's work. We should do that, which gives us credit individually.

SHREYA: Hey, you are just a party pooper. Your father resigned from the company four years ago. From then on, we have been working. Yeah, we will not take full credit. But at least we tried working day and night. Moreover, this award is for this year, Anand. Don't work too hard for the future; enjoy the present.

ANAND: Ok, Ms. Shreya. I will drop you at your house.

SHREYA: Where are you going?

ANAND: Office, I have some work. I will do so and come.

SHREYA: Wait, I too will come.

ANAND: Your brother and sister-in-law came from Hyderabad today. Did you forget?

SHREYA: she is also your sister, Anand.

ANAND: [sighs] Yeah, she will cry. Already, she warned me to come home early.

SHREYA: Yeah, let's go. You can do your work tomorrow.

ANAND: Ok,madam.

Anand and Shreya went to Shreya's house.
