Backstory: Once a member of the Decepticons, a cybertronian named Razorviper grew disillusioned with the Decepticons' destructive ways and the pursuit of power at any cost. He decided that enough is enough and defected to the Autobots' side as he now desires for a more just and peaceful existence. Unfortunately Megatron noticed his treachery and hunted him down. Fortunately Optimus and his son Solarion Prime helped him to fight the leader of the Decepticons as Razorviper throws some dagers at Megatron's right eye, forcing him to retreat. Megatron vowed vengeance on him for joining the Autobots. He was welcomed to the team as he became friends with Bumblebee, Arcee, Ratchet and Bulkhead. One day, he saved six girls who were about to be captured by Terry Fowler (A.R. Terry Riendhardt) and Alex Long (A.R. Alex Jonah). Since then he decides to use a human disguise and goes under the name Erik Peterson as he now seeks to coexist with humans more than ever.
