Backstory: Kutaro Igawa is the younger brother of both Asagi and Sakura. He bears a grudge against Union Academy because they care only about fame, money, power and women. He also hates Nomad who is the main archenemy of his sisters. One day, he found the Yokaizer Driver and some Ninja Medals as he decided to use them, transforming into Kamen Rider Yokaizer. Kutaro is now going to destroy both Union Academy and Nomad once and for all.
