Backstory: Anthony Howard is a good friend of Alexander Jones aka Ultraman Patriot, and started a bond with Sattelizer El Bridget after saving her from her half-brother Louis. They became a couple as Limiter and Pandora, and one day Anthony found a gear which he attached into his wrist as he transformed into Ultraman Utopia. He fought against several kaijus and aliens, but one day he had a decisive battle against Louis, who got consumed by vengeance and became Ultraman Belial. With the help of Ultraman Zero and Ultraman Geed, he finally defeated Louis and finished him for good.
