The Break Up

Chapter 2: The Break Up

And then it happened, The most popular couple in our grade had broken up in a matter of seconds, she cheated. I will admit I feel bad for Jacob, although we aren't the best of friends, I still care about him. Jacob was telling Jake, Caitlin and I about what happened and why he broke up with her. Turns out he caught her in the bathroom making out with Kade and for the record Kade has a girlfriend and at the time Piper had a boyfriend. What the hell were they thinking?

I was just walking around the hallways after seeing how stunning Kritina looked in her dress and makeup. You should have seen the way Jake was looking at Caitlin tho it was hilarious! I was lost in my thoughts until I heard someone moaning from the guys washroom. Who would be having sex right now? Actually anyone would, I would if I could find Piper. I decided to go into the washroom to see what was going on. 

I walk in to see Piper on the sink with half of her dress off, kissing Kade! He was pushing her dress up and removing her pantie. Then he was fingering her and she let out a loud moan. I had had enough and cleared my throat. Then both jumped and they ran into a bathroom stall without even looking at me properly. They were there for like 5 mins and I had to hear Kade pounding into my girlfriend. She made sounds that I had never heard her make before while having sex with her. It was gross to say the least.

 After listening to them go at it for around 5 minutes Piper slowly stumbled out of the stall and stared at me in disbelief that it was me standing there and not some random guy from our school. I knew what I had to do, I had to end it with her, but the question was how, how would I end this without hurting her too badly? The answer was clear, say it and walk out. Those words were on repeat in my mind "We have to break up." I said shortly "NO, I DON'T WANT TO!" Piper said with tears starting to form in her eyes. I didn't know how to respond, so I walked out.

I ran away from Piper, I can't be close to that hoe right now, I need to go back to the people I trust. My friends.

I knew Piper wasn't a decent person but why would she fuck one of Jacob's best friends? Apparently Piper was in the hall crying and almost every girl went out to comfort her. It was just me, Caitlin and some other girls who didn't give a shit. Even her own sister stayed because she didn't care enough! Some guys went out but not many. Who knew tonight would be such a disaster. Because surely I didn't, I was deep in thought until Jacob and Jake came back inside the gym.

"We tried to make her feel better but she said that the only thing that would make her happy would be if her and Jacob got back together, and that's not happening" Jake said, Caitlin and I both laughed at that, "Krissy?" Jacob asked "Yeah?" I answered

"Can we talk... In private?" He said, I could hear the stress in his voice "Yeah, of course!" I uttered, as Jacob and I walked away I glanced back at Caitlin who had a big grin plastered on her face, somehow Jake did too. Did I miss out on something? I thought

Jacob had led me to the back corner of the gym, nobody was back here. "Sooo..?" I questioned hoping he would get to the point because the suspense was killing me! "I-I have a question" Jacob said stuttering. He was about to continue when Piper and her little gang turned up. They have great timing (note the sarcasm). Piper saw us and started walking straight toward us. Her makeup was all smudged and people were taking pictures. To be honest she looked awful, "Why are you with Kristina?" Piper asked with her annoying fake voice "You know people might be thinking stuff." Piper said laughing and her whole gang started laughing as well. "Can you leave?" Jacob asked calmly. Piper was left speechless since Jacob used to give her all of his attention. She just scoffed and walked away. We were getting weird looks now so he took me outside. The light breeze hit my face as we walked out to the field "So... What did you want to ask me?" I asked, "I need your help." He said shortly there was a slight pause then he said "I need you to be my fake girlfriend."
