After Sybbyl had relayed her small story to Dain she stopped and inspected him closely. He wore the clothes of a farm hand and had a very pale complexion. He had darkened blonde hair which had been darkened even further by the rain that had started. He was sitting there contemplating the tale he had just heard when she asked her question.

"Did you know someone named Ms. Hill?" Sybbyl asked cautiously.

"Ms. Hill? I think I have. Can't remember the face though." Dain said still trying to put things together in his head.

"She told the guards who you were." Sybbyl said very very cautiously so as not to make the Morte in front of her mad.

"How did she know me?" Dain asked inquisitively.

"I don't really know." Said Sybbyl trying to be as honest with the big man in front of her as possible. She didn't know if Dain would hurt her, and she didn't want to find out.

He paused for a while and in that time something caught his eyes and tore them from the flickering flames. It was a silhouette that was darker than the surrounding areas. His vision stuck to this silhouette until it did something that made him quiz his eyes, it got bigger. Then he realized that it was coming towards the flames.

His gaze snapped to Sybbyl who had fallen into sleep unexpectedly. He then tore his gaze back to the silhouette. It was gone, he then looked back towards the flame and saw a figure at the other side. He jumped to his feet and was about to charge over the fire to get to Sybbyl when the figure raised a hand.

"It is okay." The mysterious figure said calmly.

"Who are you?" Said Dain trying to remain calm.

"A friend of... yours." Said the mysterious figure. "Please sit, we need to talk."

He sat down cautiously. The figure also sat down but it did it more slowly. He took a good long look at the figure and noticed its feminine hands, the deep black cloak, and the eyes. The eyes of the figure were a very pale gray that reflected the flickering flames very well.

"You are a very curious person huh?" The figure chuckled.

"Who are you really?" Dain asked a little harsher.

"Calm down please. There isn't a need to be violent." The figure said reassuringly.

"Tell me and I will calm down." Dain said as his muscles tensed up.

"We can't talk here, please come with me." The figure said.

"What tells me I can trust you?" Dain said starting to get up.

The figure slowly reached into her cloak and pulled out a dagger, small crossbow, and stood up to remove a sword and hatchet.

"Well... Where are we going?" Dain said slightly surprised.

"To my cabin. And could you bring the girl with you?" The figure said as it rose.

Dain rose to his great height and moved to pick up Sybbyl's unconscious form.

"Impressive." Said the figure as Dain threw Sybbyl's body over his shoulder effortlessly.

The two marched slowly out of the cave. They continued marching until morning and then made camp.
