A faint call sounds from near the shore. The sun's rays warm the waters above us. Oceans are calm today, Eywa must be at peace. Seabirds chirp in the distance.
Se'pahya catches on and quickly swims us to the surface. I mount her back as she breaches, leaping through the water. My hands and thighs grip her slick, grey skin as she lands gracefully onto the surface. The seafoam weaves itself into my hair, bonding with the pearls and braided strands.
"What is it Se'Pahya..." My voice trails off. There were Ikrun on the shore...hm.
"Syri!"
I turn my head and see Tsireya swimming a few yards away, a bright smile spread onto her face. Her dark curls float aimlessly in the water.
