The next evening, the trio of girls and Conan gathered at the museum and were waiting for Mio. While waiting for Mio, Sonoko performed a trick.

Sonoko: See the cans's back to normal right? (showing Ran and Masumi the can) And with a dab of my finger, the pull tab is restored. There's even Cola inside.

Ran: Nice trick, Sonoko.

Masumi: Not bad!

Ran: How'd you do it? Tell me.

Sonoko: No! I'm going to show it to KID tonight and baffle him.

Conan: He'll figure it out.

Sonoko: What?!

Masumi: Cool!! By shaking the can to convince us it was empty...

Mio: She made the remaining soda fizz and puffed the can out with carbon dioxide. Then all she had to do was pull the sticker off. And Voila'! One magically restored soda!

Masumi: Mio! And that's how the trick is done right Conan-kun?

Conan: Yeah, I saw the trick on TV the other day. I guess I'm not the only one who saw it....(turning to Sonoko)

Sonoko: (pointing to Conan) Ran! Why'd you have to bring the annoying brat with you?

Ran: Your uncle invited him, and the press calls him 'KID Killer'. Mio-chan when did you come?

Ran: That? I just found it in the corridor.

Masumi: Did you by chance see a guy in black with a burn mark on-

Sonoko: That's okay. It wasn't your fault, Jirokichi-oji-sama.

While heading inside the museum, Sonoko introduces Masumi and Mio to her uncle.
