As the group of high schoolers entered the cafe, the shrunken teens turned to see it was while the long-haired teen had a confident smirk on her face. The younger sister turned towards her elder sister only to get a 'See, I told you' look. The shrunken detective recognized one high schooler at first glance but was then taken aback to see the lookalikes of his childhood sweetheart and his. 

The high schoolers were Hakuba Sugaru, a detective from London who also chases KID, Kuroba Kaito, an amateur magician who also happens to be the second generation KID, Nakamori Aoko, the daughter of Nakamori Keibu and the founder of the Anti-KID association, and Koizumi Akako, the gorgeous witch. 

Hakuba and Kaito recognized the shrunken detective Edogawa Conan at once. After all, he was the famous KID killer. The high school detective headed towards the shrunken detective to greet him.

Hakuba: Konbanwa Edogawa Conan-kun. I have to say I'm surprised to see you here in Edoka.

Conan: Konbanwa Hakuba-niisan. I'm here to accompany my friend and her sister.

Hakuba: May I have the privilege of being introduced then?

Conan: Of course. (sweatdropping at his gentleman-like demeanor which he was used to but will never get used to) She is Haibara Ai, a classmate and a fellow member of the Detective Boys. And she is Dolorosa Mio, Haibara's sister.

Mio and Ai just gave him a polite nod. Just as Hakuba was about to introduce himself (more like give away his information like he was on a dating app or something) Kaito interrupted him. 

Kaito: Oi Hakuba, who're you talking to?

Hakuba: (sighs) I'm pretty sure you of all people will recognize Edogawa Conan-kun, the KID Killer. These two are his friend, Haibara Ai-san, and her sister Dolorosa Mio-san.

Aoko: (butts in just as Kaito was about to speak) KID Killer? Ahh, so you're the famous Conan-kun, right? Thank you for always helping my dad.

Conan and Ai: Dad?

Aoko: Ah, I'm Nakamori-Keibu's daughter, Nakamori Aoko. He is Kuroba Kaito and she is Koizumi Akako-chan.

Kaito: Geez, I can introduce myself you know (mumbling) Kuroba Kaito, an apprentice magician. (just as he introduces himself, beautiful blue roses pop out in the hands of the two sisters, and a Sherlock Holmes keychain in the shrunken detective's)

Just as they were going through with their introduction, a waitress came over and asked them that the only table left was the long one and if they knew each other and wouldn't mind sitting together. Both the trio and the group of four agreed to it and took their seats while introducing themselves to the others.

Aoko: Say, I wanna ask a question if you don't mind.

Mio: Hmm, is this about why our surnames are different even though we are sisters?

Aoko: Yup, I hope you don't mind.

Mio: It's fine almost everyone who meets us asks the same question. You see, Ai and my older sister have my father's surname while I had to take up my mom's to let the family tree grow.

Hakuba: Now that you mention it, The Dolaroses are quite well-known all over Europe. They are like the Suzuki of Japan.

Akako: So, you sisters are the heirs to such a family. Not bad.

Ai: Is that supposed to be a compliment?

Akako: If you think so.

The tension between Ai and Akako was like thin ice. No one knew when it would break and they somehow knew that if that tension broke then it wouldn't exactly be a pretty picture. No one understood why the two were glaring daggers at each other. Takes a scary lady to understand a scary lady I guess. Just as when everyone felt that things were gonna take a turn for worse the waitress brought out everyone's orders causing them to internally thank the waitress. 

Everyone talks about their interests, shares contacts, etc, etc. Aoko flared up while speaking about how to drag down and capture Kaito KID causing the others to internally sweatdrop. Mio and Ai really enjoyed themselves after all Ai was still in fear after the mystery train incident and Mio saw her younger sister smiling wholeheartedly after a long time. 

Unknown to anyone, Kaito blushed slightly every time Mio laughed or smiled. He thought that she was a bit familiar and cute. Aoko was really happy to meet Conan since he too was 'anti-KID' or at least according to her. Both Akako and Ai liked the other but they weren't gonna accept it any soon. 

After having a great time and laughing out a week's worth of laughter, the teenagers exited the cafe. The Beika trio went one way while the Edoka group went the other. Mio and Ai drop Conan at the detective agency and head towards the professor's house. 

Mio: So....... what do you think? (twirling the blue rose Kaito gave her)

Ai: Looks? I agree he's handsome. His personality kinda reminds me of a puppy. It kinda makes it hard to believe that he is The Kaito KID.

Mio: I know. But don't you think he is like a puppy by day and a wolf by night?

Ai: Hmm, I don't know, maybe?

Mio: Anyways I've gotta say that Akako girl, she really reminded me of you.

Ai: Huh? I know our voices sound identical and all but really? 

Mio: Well, she kinda feels like she is secretly a witch. You know creating all those potions and all. And you ( turning to Ai) you too do the same but with chemicals instead of potions.

Ai: Huh? (glaring at Mio) Are you seriously calling me a witch?

Mio: No.....but that is what Shinichi-kun saved your name as so a reminder?

Ai: I'm seriously gonna save his name a pervy brat right now.

Mio: (sweatdropping) Oi Oi chill!

Both the sisters look at each other for a few seconds and burst into laughter.

Kaito's pov (in his room)

That person, Dolorosa Mio, seems familiar but I'm not able to put my finger on it. I know that it was her at the heist a few days ago but I feel like I've seen her before. Maybe a few years ago. After all, I remember seeing someone like her when I was eight or so but the person I remember seeing had heterochromatic eyes. One teal blue and the other the darkest shade of blood. But I don't even remember the name of that girl I met when I was 8 so they may or may not be the same person. I should do a bit of research. She doesn't seem like a normal person. She knows Great Detective's true identity so she also knows that scientist ladys. What am I saying? Great Detective introduced them as sisters so of course she knows. I better check.

Just as I was about to continue reading the information, the screen glitched, and the information changed. The part that was rewritten was the relatives part. Her father's name was changed to Haibara Sora, Haibara Akemi ( deceased) was added as the older sister, and Haibara Ai was added as the younger sister. Even the date of deaths were rewritten. Someone hacked into the server and rewrote them. Hacking into a government server is no small thing whoever did it had top-notch skills. And it seems that this hacker with top-notch skills is somehow acquainted with Dolorosa Mio. She seems fascinating.

Meanwhile at Mio's place

Mio was sitting in front of her laptop in the dark room with nothing but the screen light along with a glass of cola with a smirk plastered on her face. 

( yes she did all that setup just to look cool even though there was nobody to look at her)
