RWBY watches Overlord Part 2

The scene opens to the evening as the lizardmen are seen celebrating at their victory with dancing and alcohol.

"To our glorious victory."

"And to the ancestors' spirits."

"They sure are having fun." Qrow said.

"They earned it. A warrior should take pride in the fruits of their labor." Port said.

The camera turns to the tribe chieftains surrounded by a group of lizardmen.

"I fought [Frost Pain]. Even knew about that fancy ability it has." Zenberu said.

"[Icy Burst] indeed. The ability is strong but has limited uses." Sukyu said. 

Kyuku nods. "Even me knew that."

"So the item's special ability can't be used continuously. I wonder how long it takes to recharge." James said.

"Yeah. Okay, but did you know that the weapon also has the power to protect its user from the most extreme cost possible?" Zenberu asked.

"It's not without its drawback though." Shasuryu said.

Zenberu drinks his cup. "Haa. Drawback or no, the do-or-die maneuver wouldn't have worked without [Frost Pain]'s protection." 

A flashback shows Zaryuzu activating [Icy Burst] and his arms slowly getting covered in a sheet of ice.

"I see. So that wasn't frostbite. That was the weapon's attempt at protecting its user from its own ability." Salem smiles. "What a loyal item. Zaryuzu is very lucky."

'Is [Frost Pain] semi-sentient? Maybe it was enchanted with the lizardmen in mind by whoever created it? I would love to take a look and see what makes it tick.' Jaune thought.

"He is an amazing warrior." Zenberu said.

"Yeah. I'm proud to call him my brother." Shasuryu adds.

All of the lizardmen look at their chief as he says this.

Heavy stomps grab their attention as Rororo walks up to the circle of chiefs.

"Alright! Rororo lives!" Nora screams.

"I'll be dammed. That big lizard can really take a hit." Elm remarks. "Just like me!"

"Yeah, well, not all of us are built like Paladins." Marrow says before he is sent flying by a punch to the shoulder.

"Dumbass." Harriet smirked.

The hydra lowers their heads at Shasuryu.

"You did well, too. Thanks for having our backs." Shasuryu pets the hydra making it purr at the affection.

"Aw." The females all cooed.

"I want my own Rororo!" Nora demands.

"I want one, too!" Penny adds.

"I'm with the gingers!" Neo exclaims.

"Well, that's easy enough. All you have to do is..." But before Salem can continue, a green band encroaches on her mouth.
