Cafeteria - 11:32am
So I met this super duper cool guy named Sunny!!! He's my first ever friend, I bet we're gonna be super bros!!!! Me and Sunny sat at the back of the cafeteria, and I made sure I got the biggest slice of pizza!
"Sooooo, Sunny, what do you like to do? I like to read Capt. Spaceboy comics!!!"
"I...I like drawing...and I also read Capt. Spaceboy comics.."
*dramatic gasp*
"YOU READ CAPT. SPACEBOY?!?!?!? THATS. SO. COOLLLLLLL!!!!"
"I-...."
After accidentally screaming, everyone started staring at me and, some teachers who were on watch duty was shushing me-
Sunny pov
Kel is a really nice guy but, he's really, really..........loud.....
Everyone started staring at us after Kel yelled. Some even started gossiping about him.
"Oops.....haha...."
I sighed and just continued to stare at my food. I got a small pizza and some applesauce on the side, I only ate the apple sauce though.
"Sunny, are you gonna eat your pizza??"
In response, I just slid my tray towards Kel's direction.
"Oooooo, heck yeah! Thanks, Sunny!"
"Mhm.."
Kel and I spent our last 5 minutes of lunch talking and we started to walk back to our class.
After school - 3:47pm
"Hey Sunny, are you walking home, taking bus, or waiting for your mom to pick you up??"
"Um.. I take bus..."
"Awh man! What a shame... You must like far away then..."
"Well... uh, not really... my house is really close but, my mom wanted me to take bus, just to be safe."
"Oooo, ooo! Where do you live?!?!? Wait.... that sounded weird-"
"I live in ####### street"
*mega gasp* "ME TOO!!!!! WAIT, WE SHOULD WALK TOGETHER!!!!"
"I'm not sure if my mom will let me..."
"C'mon, Sunny!!! It isn't even that far..."
"Okay, I guess.."
"YAYYYY!!"
Kel started to jump around in excitement while pulling my arm and running to a certain direction which I'm guessing is our street.
Outside Sunny's house
(No one's pov)
"Wait... YOU WERE THE NEW NEIGHBORS?!?!?! MY MA AND HERO GAVE YALL PIE LAST NIGHT!!! WAS IT GOOD???"
"I- yeah.. it was."
Sunny was clearly lying. To be quite honest with you, he didn't even eat the pie. He just said yes just to be nice.
Some lady ran out of Sunny's house into his direction. Sunny could instantly recognize her as his mom.
"Sunny! Oh my god! I was worried sick! Mari told me you weren't on the bus with her and I just got so worried, I almost called the police to file a missing person!"
"Sorry mom..."
"Sigh...It's okay, Sunny. Just tell me before hand. Oh? Who's this?"
Sunny's mom finally noticed the tan boy who was standing next to Sunny. The boy stood proudly introducing himself.
"I'm Kel! Sunny's best bud, and I live in the house right next to yours! We're the people who gave you that pie!"
"Oh my, that pie was absolutely delicious, thank you for bringing it over, and nice to meet you Kel. It's amazing to know that Sunny has already made his first friend!"
The tan boy smiled to himself as the pale boy blushed in embarrassment.
"Mom....you didn't need to say that..."
"Awh! He's my first friend too!!! We're first friend buds!!!"
Sunny's mom chuckled at Kel's words and said her goodbye while going back inside the house to make dinner.
"Well, tomorrow's Saturday, so you wanna do something fun?? I can invite my brother, Hero. Ooo, ooo! Don't you have a sister? Maybe we can invite her too!!"
"That...sounds fun..I'll ask her."
"Yay!!!!!-"
"KELSEY DESOTO GET YOUR BUTT OVER HERE AND EAT DINNER"
Kel's mom yelled at him while standing outside of the house.
"Coming, Ma!! Bye Sunny!!!! Love you!!!"
"I-"
Before Sunny could respond, Kel already walked inside his house.
