DEMISE

demise: a person's death

The home was resounding with laughter, which represented unadulterated joy. The house was decorated with flowers, lights, and a banner announcing the couple's impending nuptials.

Every aspect of the marriage between the two families was ideal.

But they were unaware that their desire of marriage would only ever be a fantasy.

Around midnight, the clouds were as black as night. Out of nowhere, a person's shadow materialized. The man wandered around the home with a hood over his head.

He entered the residence without hesitation because he wanted to remain anonymous. Someone walked inside the bridal suite.

The bride was peacefully resting when the person approached her. She sensed that someone was approaching her as he drew closer.

Before the assailant could attack her, she stood up; he appeared delighted to see her awake. She was ready to yell, but she was unable to do so because he slit her throat.

She was about to lose consciousness but couldn't shout or stop it. After picking her up, he left.

The morning quickly arrived, and everyone was engaged with the wedding. The bride was nowhere to be seen in her bed when her friends arrived to wake her up.

They looked everywhere in the home for her, but they couldn't find her. The news of the bride's disappearance reverberated throughout the entire house.

The bride family was devastated to learn that their daughter was missing. Everyone in their family had begun to worry about her disappearance.

The lover of the groom felt deceived by him. They were both content; he had even spoken to her the day before. She seemed joyful, but her abrupt absence left him feeling uneasy.

He quickly reported her disappearance to the police. The search team was appointed and sent to the wedding home, and his close friend served as the commissioner.

As soon as the police arrived at the wedding home, they began questioning the family members. The bride's family and acquaintances provided the police with statements concerning her.

The officers began looking into her chamber. As soon as they began their inquiry, they discovered a bloodstain on the wall and a drop of blood on the bed.

The bride left the house against her will, the police confirmed, not of her own volition. The officers soon exited the room after giving the parents the information.

People's safety has become a concern in the city as a result of recent disappearances.

The police department was questioned by the press and media as a result of the disappearance of the people. In this circumstance, the police chief must designate a special team.

He questioned the DSP and a few police officers about who would be the best candidate to run the squad.

"Sir, the missing persons are between the ages of 18 and 24. Given that they are all female, I believe we should designate ACP VARNESH to lead this specialized unit."DSP said.

"I concur, sir; he has recently resolved a number of unsettled situations. Sir, you've also met him before. He resolved the drug case. For this, he might be right" Sp replied.

"Its done ACP VARNESH would be transferred to Chennai. Tell him to come meet me when he gets to Chennai" stated IGP
