"And that it is for today lesson, please read over the chapter because it will be on the test. Everyone please have a good day." Jasmine says with a smile, watching her students getting up ready to go. a couple of the student's wave goodbye as about five people stayed longer to speak with her about their assignment.

Soon as Jasmine was getting ready to take her lunch break, she heard a knock at the door but didn't turn around since she was getting her paper work together.

"I'm sorry but I'm about to go on my lunch break, if you have any question about the assignment can you wait until I come back?" she asks, hasn't turned around to notice her best friend since grade school named London shakes her head laughing.

"Darling, you should know that a diva like muah never likes to wait." She said removing her expensive Prada shades.

Jasmine laughs after turning around looking at her best friend. "London what are you doing here?" she asks after they exchange a tight hug.

"What do you mean? Can't I just visit my bestie to be sure that you are alright? Or that I miss you?" she asks, acting like she was defended placing her hand on her chest pretending to be hurt.

Jasmine shakes her head laughing. "London, you literally visit me couple weeks ago." She reminded and London waves her hand off to her friend. "I know why you're here" she said with a smirk and London sighs.

"I just wanted to be sure that you're okay since the asshole birthday is coming soon." She confessed, looking at her friend worrying and hated that piece of shit for hurting Jasmine, her best friend who she sees as her younger sister.

Jasmine chuckles, appreciate her friend concerned. Every year on her ex-lover birthday, she ended up depressed and stayed in memory lane about the fun time they had. They would go to the park with his parents as kids, eat his favorite cake which is chocolate and went on dates when they got older. That was also when they first shared their first passionate love on his fifteen birthday, Jasmine figure that they shouldn't wait forever since they are in love and was so sure they would be together forever.

Until sadly he chooses to leave her and ever since then, Jasmine has been down and wouldn't celebrate her own birthday, not even her best friend.

London notices the hurt in Jasmine eyes and she hugs her again. Jasmine chuckle sniffling.

"Anyways no more of that, we are beautiful queen divas and divas as ourselves, does not cry over these bum no good men who ain't shit and isn't worth our tears." She said preaching with confidence and Jasmine couldn't help to laugh.

"You're right; I know I have to move on at some point. Anyways" She looks at her Rolex watch on her wrist. "I have some time to spare before I have to start my next class. Wanna join me for lunch?" she asks, picking up her bag.

"Darling I thought you never ask, I am quite famished and I know the perfect place we should go to. My treat and I certainly won't take no for an answer." London said putting back on her shades.

Jasmine shakes her head laughing at her boogie friend but sure as hell love her. They wrapped their arms around each other and headed out the classroom to eat lunch.
