Hello there, reader!

*** This is my first story ever on here (even though I've had this one in my mind for years), and frankly, I'm kinda nervous and scared to publish it. So bear with me! ***

This is a Legolas x Reader story because I love him. I mean, he's so handsome. He's one of my favorite characters from the Lord Of The Rings and The Hobbit.

About you [the reader]:
Your name in the story is Arise, the oldest living daughter of Galadriel and Celeborn. You are a princess and a very skilled warrior who's been taught by your parents, Lord Elrond and Thranduil himself. You are also a very powerful elf just like your mother, and you also possess some of her abilities and definitely her beauty with long blonde hair, blue eyes and fair skin. 

Oh, and in this story, Haldir is your older brother who gave up being the heir of your parents because his true calling was to be a soldier defending Lothlorien.

You and Legolas are meant to be betrothed, but things don't go as planned, and he breaks your heart because of Tauriel. Eventually, you meet up again, and he finally realizes that he has always loved you since the first day you met in Mirkwood as kids. After meeting again, he realizes that what he did to you was the biggest mistake in his life. He wants to fix things up and confess his feelings in this story of redemption. But will you be able to forgive him? Will you be able to forget what he did and fulfill your duty to your mother and the entire Elven race?
