Friends come and go
People claim to be a friend but always cancel
Never show up for you
Never answer the phone when needed
Say they support you but do not congratulate you
The funny thing is
You are there when they need you the most but aren't when you do
True fake friends, flake on you last minute
Promise to call back and never do
Tell you that you will hang out but never make plans
Say they have your back and then take the other side
Talk about you behind your back
Back out of a planned confrontation with someone
And, ghost you for no reason whatsoever.
Be careful about who you call a friend.
I have yet to find one.
