Our story begins with the dawn of a fresh academic year in the vibrant town of Crestwood. All around, students and teachers bustled with anticipation for the upcoming session. It was a time of new beginnings, brimming with the promise of new books, unfamiliar classrooms, the prospect of new friendships, and the chance to meet new teachers. This exhilarating moment of the year held a unique blend of emotions for all.

Our story introduces a captivating female protagonist who belongs to a unique group - the Ambiverts. Eva Foster, a young woman of intriguing contrasts, exuded both quiet and expressive qualities. She possessed a shy demeanor that concealed an adventurous spirit within.

As the calendar turned to September, Eva embarked on a new chapter of her life, enrolling in the Post-graduate degree program at Crestwood University. Her eagerness to achieve this significant milestone was palpable, and she eagerly anticipated the exciting journey that lay ahead.

Our male protagonist, Sir Steven Anderson has been teaching at Crestwood University for three years now. When first appointed a Lecturer, he was the youngest to join the faculty. He had always been known for his intellect, sharp mind, and dedication to his students. Being of a young age, he often mixed in seamlessly with the students. He was famous for being the most approachable and flexible teacher of all. No one could tell he was a lecturer and not a student himself.

Beyond his academic role, Sir Steven's youthfulness also translated into empathy and understanding. He understood the challenges students faced because he had recently navigated similar paths. This empathy fostered an atmosphere of trust and made students more willing to seek guidance or share their concerns. His expertise was English Novel.

With her classes scheduled for the afternoon and stretching into the late evening, Eva was determined to make the most of her mornings. To achieve this, she decided to seek employment. As the sole daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Foster, she had been adored and pampered throughout her life. However, Eva's spirit was one of independence and a strong desire to be productive. So she got a job in a nearby school as an English teacher.

The school was a few streets away from her home, while her University was a ten-minute drive by car thus she had her routine sorted for her according to her timetable.

Our tale commences with the fateful encounter of our main characters. After fulfilling her school obligations, Eva called her father, assuring him she was heading straight to her university class to avoid any chance of getting late on her first day. Arriving at the university a full hour early, she carefully selected a parking spot for her car. She planned to spend her extra time exploring the library, to calm her nerves before meeting her new classmates and professors.

Eva strolled through the university's corridors, immersing herself in the academic atmosphere. First, she stopped by the notice board and decided to go to the library next, to find solace among the rows of books. Libraries were always her favorite spot.

Meanwhile, Sir Steven had been occupied with teaching various classes since the early hours of the day. This academic year had seen him assigned to several new semesters, giving him little time for relaxation. After the lunch break, he faced another class, and a wave of nervousness washed over him. It was the first time he had been entrusted with a postgraduate semester, adding a fresh layer of excitement and trepidation to his day.

Eva stood by the notice board, conveniently located next to the Teacher's common room. The timetable for all the classes was typically displayed there, and as she scanned her schedule, she found herself quietly repeating each class time to herself.

'Monday, 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm, Novel. Tuesday, same time, Literary Theory. Wednesday, Poetry. Thursday, Drama. Okay, and today's class is with Sir Steven.' Scribbling it down she muttered to herself, 'I wonder who he is.'

Unbeknownst to Eva, Sir Steven was making his way towards the Common room when he heard his name being mentioned. Intrigued, he halted and glanced back to find a group of students gathered around the notice board. He scanned the area, discreetly checking to see if someone was seeking him out when he noticed a girl fervently taking notes. Her side profile was the only part he could see, but it captivated him instantly. Her straight black hair was tied up in a high ponytail, and her face, seen from the side, resembled a delicate crescent moon. A straight nose and thin lips added an intriguing quality to her visage, making it utterly compelling. Her eyes were veiled by a lock of hair, leaving Sir Steven with an irresistible urge to brush it aside and discover the mysteries hidden in her gaze.

As Sir Steven stood there, captivated by the sight of the girl, he was abruptly pulled from his reverie when a fellow teacher called his name from the common room. He quickly shook off the indecent thoughts that had momentarily invaded his mind and made his way to have lunch and prepare for his next class. Although Sir Steven was astounded by the thoughts that had crossed his mind upon seeing that girl, he couldn't help but acknowledge that they were entirely uncommon for him. Throughout his three-year teaching career, he had never experienced such thoughts before.

Meanwhile, Eva set off in search of the classroom for her Novel class. After finding it, she pursued the library, which was a considerable distance from the notice board.

She lingered in the library for about half an hour, reveling in its comforting ambiance, knowing that her class was just around the corner.

As the clock struck 12:55, Eva arrived at her classroom. The room was already occupied by several of her classmates, who were seated around a conference table placed in the center of the room. The teacher's desk was seamlessly integrated with the conference table, and behind the teacher's chair stood a sizable whiteboard. Even though there were four boys and five girls already present, the room remained eerily quiet.

To break the silence, Eva mustered up her courage and greeted everyone with a quick, cheerful 'Hi!' She promptly took her place in the first vacant seat by the teacher's desk. As the room remained shrouded in silence, the students either scribbled away in their notebooks or busied themselves with their mobile phones. The anticipation for Sir Steven's arrival was evident.

However, the tranquil atmosphere was suddenly disrupted by a lively voice that resounded from the door. Sir Steven entered the room, exclaiming, 'Good Afternoon, boys and girls.' Eva, who had her back to the door, swiveled in her seat to locate the source of the voice. By the time Sir Steven reached his chair, Eva had straightened herself in her seat and cast her gaze upon her new professor.

Sir Steven's eyes traversed the students gathered around the table, and they came to a rest on Eva. His heart missed a beat. She was the same girl he had seen standing by the notice board just a short while ago. Up close, he could now clearly discern the features of her face. She possessed beautiful, almond-shaped brown eyes that held a captivating allure. Her straight nose, moderately thin lips, full cheeks, and warm, sandy complexion combined to make her remarkably attractive.

Eva couldn't help but notice that Sir Steven appeared to be in the same age group as most of the students in his class. His features were distinct: he had slender, almond-shaped eyes with a warm shade of brown that added depth to his gaze. A finely sculpted, thin Greek nose framed his face, and his lips were equally slender. His complexion had an olive hue, and he possessed dark brown hair slicked back straight, giving him a polished and professional appearance. What completed his look of a professor was his thin-rimmed rectangular glasses.

After those brief, captivating seconds during which their gazes intertwined, Sir Steven initiated the proceedings, saying, 'Let's begin with introductions.' His hand gestured towards Eva, who happened to occupy the seat nearest to his right.

'Miss?' he inquired, focusing his attention on her.

Eva promptly replied, her voice steady and clear, 'Eva. My name is Eva Foster, Sir.' Their shared gaze shifted away from each other, marking the beginning of the series of introductions from other students around the table.
