Chapter 5:The Sealing Power

Mia and Yandrax are walking to the training room Mia is scared out of her mind. " Sir how are you going to train me I have no special abilities no powers." " Your power is your love for my son and that's what I need to train you for. See for Ken to reach his full power he needs to give into his inner darkness which may corrupt his mind if he can't control it. Your here to learn the sealing power so if Ken can't contain the darkness you can seal it away. I will also teach you how to use a dagger and a sword." "Ok sir I'm ready." "Ok to use the seal you must channel all of your energy into your hands put your hands together make a triangle and release all the energy at once. When it connects to the target rotate your right arm in a circle then slash through it with your left arm." "Ok what is my target." "This imp with dark corruption." Yandrax raises an imp from the ground and occupies it while Mia makes the seal. Mia focuses her energy and releases it hitting the imp. The imp let out a squealing sound and a lightning aura appeared around it. Mia made the circle and slashed it the seal worked and all signs of darkness in the imp were suppressed.
"Good very good I can see that the seal worked but you look pretty drained let's get Ken and Dave in here and watch them spar while you regain your energy." "Ok." Mia sat down exhausted. "I'll go find them you rest here." Mia thought to herself how can I save Kenny with this what if the seal misses and what if he seriously hurts someone or gets really hurt. Mis sat alone in silence for a while just her and her thoughts. About ten minutes passed and then Yandrax and the boys came walking through the door. "Ok boys I believe it's time for your rematch." Ken walked over gave Mia a hug. Mia looked like she was freezing. Ken gave her his jacket and she put it on and smiled at Ken still shivering. Ken returned the smile then walked back in front of Dave. Yandrax gave them the signal to begin. While the boys spared Mia watched on and wished she could join but she didn't have any powers she was outmatched she only had the sealing power. Then she thought maybe if she tried different Symbols it would do other things. She stood in front of the training dummy focused all her energy into the triangle then made an
Z instead of a circle and a lightning bolt hit the dummy and it exploded. The boys stopped their battle and looked at her. "Mia what did you just do." "Magic Kenny watch." Mia shot another lightning bolt at a dummy and blew it up. "So can I spar with you now." "Maybe later it's my turn to train." "Ok promise Kenny." "Promise."
