Chapter 10.

Jeongyeons shift went by surprisingly fast. Her entire shift she thought about Nayeon. She thought about her date tonight and how she felt so much better after finally accepting her feelings.

She finished making the iced americano

"Hyunjin-ah" She yelled

Her bestfriend often hung out with her during her shifts. She was thankful to have such amazing bestfriends. Yoongi was on his way to New York, she decided then she would break the news to her bestfriends. She wanted them to meet Nayeon.

"You don't have to yell i'm the only one in here" Hyunjin laughed taking his coffee.

"It's my job" Jeongyeon rolled her eyes. Just then the door gently opened. Jeongyeon never paid attention to the customers entering she only cared for the coffee making part.

"one matcha iced latte" Mary said handing her the slip. She read the slip *matcha latte add honey, iced*. Jeongyeon read the note carefully, it seemed familiar to her for some reason.

Shrugging she made the drink, reading the slip again she yelled out the name.

"W-WINTER?" she stuttered.

The short girl marched over, her hair was short and light brown. She wore light makeup, her lips were plump and cherry red. The subtle red blush from the cold laid on her nose and cheeks making her look adorable. Her eyeliner was sharp and glitter laid in the corner of her eyes.

She wore a cropped dress shirt that exposed her toned abs. A black and white crisscrossed tie, accompanying the shirt a black cardigan laid on top, she wore a short black skirt with black leg warmers along with low top buckle shoes.

"Hi Jeongie" She smiled flashing her perfect teeth. She grabbed her drink and sipped it cutely.

"w-what are you doing here" Jeongyeon asked she looked hurt.

"I'm going to school here now, i transferred back" She smiled warmly "are you happy to see me?"

Jeongyeon began to feel light headed. The room began to look brighter as it spun fast. She stumbled back severely burning her hand on the hot coffee pot.

"Oh my god" Winter yelled

Hyunjin bolted to Jeongyeon just as she fainted from the excruciating heat, he saved her from slamming her head on the counter.

"Jeongyeon what happened omg" He held her head as she laid there unconscious. "Call EMS" he yelled to mary.

"What happened" he looked around spotting winter. "What did you do" he yelled eyeing her down.

Soon after ems arrived carrying Jeongyeon to the hospital. Hyunjin was forced to stay behind, he sighed sitting down after talking to Chaeyoung.

Winter walked over and sat at his table.

"what do you want" he scoffed "this is all your fault, like usual"

"i'm sorry i didn't mean to" she started

"yeah just like you didn't mean to break her heart right?" he gave her a sarcastic look.

"Hyunjin, that was so long ago-"

"Save it Winter" he cut her off as he began to clean up his stuff.

"Matter of a fact, don't come around here anymore, Jeongyeon is happy she's in a relationship and she doesn't need you to ruin it, just go back to california you're not welcome here" he scoffed and left the cafe.

Tears began to form in her eyes. As soon as Hyunjin left the cafe she laughed wiping the tears from her vision. Giggling she sipped her latte, she felt accomplished.
