Chapter 15.

For the next couple of days Jeongyeon couldn't sleep. She grew antsy during the day and restless at night. All she thought about was Nayeon. She was ready to confess her love.

As the clock hit 3 she clocked out and began her walk home. Tomorrow would be the day she got to see Nayeon. She was excited and also nervous, she wouldn't know how Nayeon would react to her confession.

"hey wait up" A voice was heard from behind. Winter ran up to Jeongyeon keeping up with her pace. Jeongyeon rolled her eyes.

"what do you want"

"to see you i missed you" Winter clung to her arm.

"Winter stop" she ripped her arm from her grasp "that was a one time thing and i regret ever doing it"

"that's not what you said when you were in between my legs" Winter huffed "come on Jeongie just be with me you even said you missed me"

"I was drunk Winter, it was a mistake that will never happen again" Jeongyeon walked faster.

"So you don't love me"

"NO" Jeongyeon snapped "I love Nayeon, Im Nayeon" She walked faster leaving Winter behind. Arriving at her apartment she decided to shower and relax for the rest of the day. Anticipating her meeting with Nayeon.

Jeongyeon jumped up out of her sleep. She checked the time seeing it was 7:30 am. She quickly got up and got ready for work.

Jeongyeon decided to walk again. She loved walking to work. Even though she has a car nine times out of ten she'd choose to walk. Her job was around the corner so getting there in time was never a problem.

She put on her headphones and took in the crisp morning air. The sunshined brightly and the sky was clear. She knew today would be a great day. She was determined to win Nayeon back.

She was spooked out of her daze when she felt a light tug on her sweater. Turning she faced Winter, rolling her eyes she turned her music louder and walked faster.

Winter ran in front of her hauling her to a stop. She mentally prepared herself before taking her headphones off.

"yes?" she asked in a annoyed tone walking around the short girl.

"can we talk?" Winter said in a serious tone

"what about"

"us"

Jeongyeon sighed " there is no us winter"

"i know but i want there to be, i miss us Jeongie" she pouted

"we can talk but nothing will change Winter, im in love with-" she was cut off

"with Nayeon yeah i know" she mocked her tone rolling her eyes

"the sooner you get it the sooner you can move on"

"yeah yeah, come by my place tonight" Winter strolled ahead

Shaking her head she put her headphones on and walked to the cafe.

Work went by slowly. Jeongyeon grew antsy as she counted the minutes until she got off. She sprinted out the cafe once the clock hit 3. Sprinting through the front door she ran to the bathroom, quickly throwing her work clothes in the hamper and jumping in the shower.
