Where was Jax?

That's all you could ask right now. He would usually follow you everywhere just to tease you, but now you can't find him anywhere!
You looked through the whole ground, but you still can't find him.

'He's not in the basement, is he?' You thought, starting to get more worried by the minute. You then thought of an idea.

'Could he be in his room?' You questioned yourself.

It's better to check anyway, just in case!

As you approached the corridor with everyone's rooms, you remembered the memories you made with everyone. Caine was nice when you first got here. He scared you at first, but you warmed up to him. Bubble was... odd, to say the least. Bubble would just appear behind you at the worst times. Kinger was awkward to be around at first, but he eventually acted like your father figure. He would brush the knots out of your hair, and he was always there to comfort you when you needed it the most. Queener... you never really knew her because when you entered, you only saw her for a day, but Kinger swears you would have liked her as much as he did! Kaufmo was kinda boring in your opinion... his jokes were never that funny, and he was always breathing down your back. Now he's gone in the basement... Ragatha was nice to you. She was like the sister you always wanted! She helped you and gave you a tour of the place when you first joined the digital circus, and she even helped you make friends with everyone! Zooble didn't like you at first, but they turned into a lovable bundle of shapes! They are very sarcastic with you, but you know they're just joking with you. Jax was... rude at first. He soon warmed up to you and, soon, grew to having a crush on you! You didn't know that, though... And Pomni! Our newest recruit! She has been too shy, but you still tried your best to help her!

As you approached Jax's room, you looked at his picture on his door. You smiled as you blushed at the thought of him. You rung his doorbell before you hear shuffling and the door unlock. When he opened the door, your heart sunk. His eyes were puffy, and his cheeks were stained from him crying. You heard him sniffle before he let you in. You sat him on his bed and asked what was wrong. He responded with...

"It's just that... nevermind. It's a stupid reason, anyway..." You glared at him and told him that he would feel ten times better if he just told you what was wrong so you could help.

"Fine, it's just... I miss my old life... I've been stuck here for too long, and I just can't do it anymore."

Those are the words that hurt the hardest. You grabbed him with your tail and pulled him into a cuddle. He chuckled slightly at your actions as your tail was still attached to his wrist.

"Well, I'm quite shocked. You want to cuddle me? Who knew that the hard to break Y/n wanted to cuddle this sly bunny? Not me!" That's when you interrupted him.

"Just cuddle me already!"

He chuckled again and laid down so you two were more comfortable. Now you're lying on top of him, and your head is in his chest. That's when he hears it... you purring.

He looks up with watery eyes because you fall asleep and you're purring because you're so comfy! It was a dream come true!

"Now, how do I ask you to be my partner?" He asked himself. "Maybe plain old, will you be my partner?"

"Yes, I would love to." You answered, blushing heavily as you do so.

He looks at you with shock in his eyes, and he looks down at you lovingly. He kisses your cute button nose and continues to cuddle you.

But you wanna know something... Ragatha set this up, and she was filming you two.
