It was a Monday, and Draco woke up with a start. It was time for him to consult Cecil about his family line for a project due, which mind you he forgot to mention before. 'Hey Cecil, can you tell me about the first Veela in my family?' Draco requested as he got out of his bed and slid into some slippers. He locked the door to ensure privacy.

Yet, Cecil remained quiet. 'Cecil?' Draco asked again cautiously. 'Are you okay?' he asked, baffled as to why he remained quiet. Was he mad at him or something?

He stood still for a while as the realization dawned on him like an ice bucket was dumped on him, 'C-Cecil?' he simply refused to believe he was gone. But the silence that was returned did him no justice.

His eyes started to water, and his heart picked up the pace. He took in large amounts of air, yet nothing could return the air that was sucked out.

He fell to the ground with sadness and despair. His heart clenched. He wanted nothing but for Cecil to talk and say, 'Got you!' So that he could reprimand him. It was better than losing him. Anything was better than this.

He let out sobs and yells, anything he could do to get rid of the ache in his soul. Their relationship is etched deeper than just a mutual connection, and affection, than any friendship, it was as if they were family, brothers. They were there for each other.

He helped Draco during his tantrums, he helped him control his life, and his thoughts. He was everything to Draco. Draco screamed his lungs out, he cried his eyes out until there were no more tears left to shed. His voice gave out on him, he was sitting there.

Silent...

Lonely...

Grief Stricken...

What was he to do without Cecil?

He heard a few concerned voices from the other side of the locked door. His friends tried to reach out to him, yet he could not find a single ounce in him to move. He just sat there cradling himself. He hugged his knees to his chest as his chin rested atop them.

His friends could have just used Alohomara on the door, yet they chose not to. It was good to know that they respected his privacy, yet it was also concerning. He could have been dying in there, but no one came to help. He was caught between grieving and telling them off.

So he just picked the safest option. His pheromones were everywhere. His distress was evident, along with his sorrow.

Blaise had enough, Draco was distressed, his Pheromones flying around, his fear and Distress clear. Blaise wanted nothing but to barge in there and see what was wrong, and his inner Alpha agreed. But the only thing stopping him from entering was the chain of Submissives standing in front of the door.

They had sensed Draco's distress before anyone else. In seconds they gathered in front of the door, to prevent anyone from entering. Pansy, Daphne, heck, even Lavender, Hannah, and Angelina were there. It was a miracle that they happened to have potions at the time.

Don't know where Hannah came from, but that was not the point. The point was she was in the way. She and Draco never talked to each other. Blaise was sure Draco didn't know she existed, so why was she helping?

Must be a submissive thing, "Out of my way!!" Blaise demanded, causing a series of lunches and shivers, yet none of them moved an inch away, "No! We are not letting you through this door!!" Angelina yelled at the now-surprised Blaise.

Pansy stepped forward, "We don't care what kind of urges you may be having. We are not letting you through this door." she said with determination. But the shouts of pain coming from the other side were not helping, along with the growing scent of distress.

Blaise was sure every submissive that went through inheritance was standing in front of him, it was touching seeing this display of unity, but he had to help Draco.

He was about to retaliate, but before he could, the door slammed open.

Aside from all the Quidditch practices and all the homework packed on his back. Hadrian was having a pretty good day. It had been approximately 6 days since Hadrian had started to act civil toward Malfoy. Whenever he saw Hadrian he would look confused, then start thinking about something.

Then he would just ignore him. One would think he was starting to mature if they hadn't seen Pansy hold his wrist every time Hadrian was around. 'That checks out.'

It was now Monday, and for once Hadrian was early for class, yet no sign of Malfoy, 'Strange. He is always early.' He thought to himself. Everyone was in class now, but no Malfoy.

All the girls (Submissives(who had gone through inheritance)) stood up in shock and worry. They gave each other a knowing glance and rushed out. everyone was shocked but didn't say a thing. Not even Blaise when Pansy also followed.

Then the smell hit him, a sweet scent, yet so sour. The smell was so familiar... 'Malfoy?!' he thought in distress. Alex was screaming at him to go and check what was going on, but his legs wouldn't move until he saw all of the other Dominants rush out.

That was his cue to follow.

/////////

When they had entered, they saw Blaise still, as the girls formed a chain in front of the four leading to the distressed. "What's going on?!" Dean exclaimed yet no words were spoken nor exchanged.

"He asked, what is going on?" Hadrian demanded making the girls almost lose balance. Parvati put a hand on his shoulder to calm him down, as his scent was going everywhere. Which could ultimately affect the person on the other side of the door.

Pansy stepped forward hesitantly and explained what had been happening, yet they had no idea what was going on in that room. Hadrian wanted nothing but to push them out of his way, but that would cause problems for them all.

So he went with the simpler option, "Let me pass." He asked. The girls did not waver though, "No!!" They said in unison.

Hadrian was about to ask again but he was interrupted by Draco's scent getting stronger. Something was not right. Not one bit.

"Let us in!!"

"No!!"

The Dominants we're getting Annoyed, the Submissives we're not giving in. What are they going to do now? They could call a teacher but they wanted to deal with it themselves.

Another scream was heard was heard from inside the room making the submissions almost. lose their resolve, "Are you serious?! He could be hurt in there, just let us go in!!" Theodore reasoned, but the girls just shook their heads in protest.

A dark aura filled the room, and piercing emerald eyes stared at them in warning. "Open the fucking door right now!!" Hadrian demanded, and this time he was willing to hurt anyone who came in his way.

A/N: Imagine that Mf is like this⬇️ but with his green eyes and his aura dark.
