I went out for my usual run through the woods and halfway through I picked up the faint noise of a girl crying out for help which caused my wolf to suddenly take over as they said mate our mate was in danger. As soon as I shifted I took off as fast as I could til I found them and I growled when I noticed it was my boy Marcus seemingly trying to rape this girl who happens to be my mate apparently. I nudged him with all my might to get him off her and I could tell he was drunk but he quickly realized it was me and started fumbling around and apologizing but I just nodded him towards the house which he ran off too. Once he was gone I got a good look at the girl and couldn't believe my eyes as it appears my mate is the daughter of the blood moon alpha sister of the trouble maker gabe who continues to sneak on to our land how the hell will I handle this.
L- thank you for saving me my hits weren't seeming to do anything
I just nodded in response
L- anyway you can shift so I can know who you are
As I was debating on shifting cause like I said this is my enemies daughter she kept talking
L- especially since you're apparently my mate
I nodded and went behind a tree where I knew I had backup pants from all my runs and shifted back and walked back over to her.
L- y y you're cole you're the alpha Scott's son
C- correct
L- oh no am I on your land right now
C- yes but
L- shit I'm going to be in so much trouble god can this night get any worse
I noticed she started crying again and it broke my heart to see and I took a step forward to try to help her but it seemed to scare her more.
C- it's ok that you're here I don't mind all I care about is I was able to help you before it was too late but considering you're worried about being here how do you suppose we go about being mates since our families will never handle the news
L- well umm are you even ok with it like you're going to be alpha some day how will you let alone your pack feel with your Luna being from your most hated pack
C- I'll make my pack handle it if it comes down to it but I'm willing to give this a shot if you are
L- I'm willing to try
C- we'd have to keep things a secret for the time being tho
L- I know but how
C- maybe meet up in this spot every now and then but rely heavily on texting and calls
L- sounds good to me
We exchanged numbers then she gave me a hug which made me smile. I showed her how to get back then I headed home and found Marcus passed out on my couch. As much as I wanted to grab him and get my answers I knew it wouldn't happen so I let him sleep and went to my room and texted with Lauren til we both fell asleep.
