Chapter fourteen

I woke up the next morning with Tobias's arms around me. I started to think about last night. I smiled a little. I played with my ring for a little bit. I then heard Tobias shuffle around. I got up and went to the bathroom. I took my shower and got dressed. 

I then heard Tobias go into to the shower as I left. I walked down to the dinning hall. Mostly everyone was at our table. I sat down next to Christina. 

"Where's Four?" she asked.

"At the apartment." I said.

She just nods her head. I didn't feel like telling her about my ring, because that will only make her scream. And when she screams, you can probably hear it all the way in Amity. 

After a few minutes Tobias came in. He sat down next to me. I gave him a quick kiss. When I went to put my hand up to stop him, Christina started to scream. Great. I quickly covered up my ears.

"Omg!" she yelled.

"What?" I asked.

She quickly grabbed my hand and pointed to my ring. She was speechless over it. 

"Yes, Chris, I'm engaged." I said.

"Can I plan the wedding, oh it will be great i..." I cut her off.

"She you can." I said.

She then starts to babble off some other things about the wedding and what ever else. After breakfast, Chris takes me to look at wedding dresses. We also have Marlene, Shauna, and Lynn along with us. Well, actually Marlene and Shauna had to drag Lynn, while Christina was dragging me. I don't like to shop. 

"Why can't I just wear jeans and a t-shirt, with some boots?" I asked.

"That's not wedding clothes." she said.

"Yeah, but it's Tris clothes." I said.

"Nice try, your getting a wedding dress." I groaned.

 Maybe I can run away while Chris is not looking. She probably won't notice. But she might also have Shauna, or Marlene go after me. So, I just decide to stay put. Maybe I'll pretend to not like any of the dresses. After all, I am pretty stubborn. 

I sat down once Chris started to run around throwing dresses every where. I looked over at the store clerk, and she was doing nothing. She was just watching all of the dresses, get thrown around.

"This one?" she asked.

"No." I said.

The dress she just showed me is to short, it ends around my butt area. Why does Christina think I'm going to wear a hookerish dress like that. 

"What about this one?" she asked.

I got up and looked at the dress. It actually looked like a wedding dress. It ended at the floor, and it was simple. It had thin straps, and it had like little sparkly things on the top part. I think there called sequins.

"I love it." I said.

"Really, okay lets buy it!" she said.

she then ran to the register, and paid for it. 

"Okay, we'll but bridesmaids dresses tomorrow. And Tris doesn't have to come, because it's not her dress, but she still can." Chris said.

"Okay." me and all of the other girls said.

We then left the store. Chris said she'll hide the dress at her apartment. I walked back to mine and Tobias's apartment. I opened the door, and Tobias was just sitting on the couch looking all bored. I think he's drooling. 

"Hello." I said while waving a hand in front of his face.

"What?" he asked while moving my hand out of his face.

"Why are you drooling?"I asked.

"What, I'm drooling?" he asked.

"Oh my gosh. Where you ever paying attention to what you were doing?" I asked.

"not really." he said while wiping his mouth.

I rolled my eyes and went into our room. I heard him saying something.

"What?" I asked.

"Zeke's having a party tonight at seven." he said.

"Oh great." I said.

"Yeah." he said.

I remember the last party we went to about a month ago. I was only left in my undergarments, and I had to do a dare I didn't want to do. It was so embarrassing. 

"You don't have to go if you don't want to." he said.

"No, I'll go." I said.

Then I got an idea for a good dare to give Zeke. He'll be embarrassed. I silently laughed to myself, which turned into this whole big laughing fest. I heard Tobias come in. I started to laugh even harder. 

"What the heck are you laughing at?" he asked.

I couldn't even say that I was laughing at my plan of revenge. So, I just shake my head.

"You better not be on peace serum." he said.

"I'm not." I said still laughing. 

He just shakes his head, and leaves the room. I then look for clothes for the party.

Note: Yeah, what Tris just did is what I do most of the time. I'll start laughing so hard and loud. My brother will even come ask me what's funny, but I just keep laughing. Sometimes, I just laugh to get him mad. 

Okay, so I was listening to please don't leave me. And It made me think about all of the times that Tobias would tell Tris he doesn't want to lose her. Or in some fanfic I read, where they get into a fight, and then he's all like don't leave me. 

And one more thing. Only in math problems you can buy 60 cantaloupes, and nobody asks what the hell is wrong with you. 

Yeah, I found that in one of my notebooks the other day. I started laughing like Tris did. -V
